  First it is such a friendly atmosphere..Nobody judges you..We all do the best we can and have fun and get in shape before we realize it..The instructors are very good and know what the seniors need to stay fit and healthy..I would recommend Cosmic Energy to anyone..Come join us..

  Extremely nice people and great instructors; great for Seniors or folks who sit/have sat behind a desk for years and need extra help. The chair yoga is a great start for newbies; and, then try the Senior Strength and Balance; and, then the Classic Movement, where you get a workout. There are other classes (I haven't tried yet) and also personal help. They don't make you feel guilty if you can't do it. Just try it out several visits and then decide. (usually 2 free visits). Clean, organized and relaxed. Easy parking in the front of the mall. Great way to make you feel good!
