The customer service isn’t acceptable. I needed to talk to someone, but am forced to get in my car and drive 10 miles to get information. No one answered the phone even after 5 tries. Totally rude!

Within the last week we have gotten three different neighbors mail. Today we get mail from three different neighbors. I tried calling Trenton post office and no one answered the phone. Makes me wonder if someone else is getting our mail. Not too long ago I use to get my important mail delivered to my post office box in Trenton. Went I there one day to get my mail and someone had pried the doors open on several of the boxes. No cameras in the post office. Years later no cameras and who knows where our mail is being delivered. This has been an on going issue over several years. It’s obviously a management issue. They should look at their reviews !!

Had a package shipped from Walmart. It was suppose to be delivered to the door. It was next to the mailbox instead. When I got picked it up was almost in the road. Unacceptable. Dade has horrible mail delivery.

Something is seriously wrong with this post office I have 8 packages over the past year that I never received yet they claim they were delivered. Same for my neighbors. They never were particularly good at getting people there mail but you simply cannot use the post office anymore. Beyond pathetic.

The desk personell at this Post Office are helpful and just plain, "nice!". You can tell that they like people and enjoy their job.

I had mailed a package priority mail on Aug. 1st in Missouri and it was expected to get to Trenton on the 3rd. Everyday after the 3rd I was afraid it was lost there was vague info on the few scans it received. I spoke to Tracy on the 7th and told her my dilemna. On the morning of the 9th Tracy called me to let me know my package had arrived and had been delivered to SLTC around noon. She took a world of worry off my shoulders. Now that's southern hospitality. Thanks soooo much!

Our mail carrier doesn't attempt to deliver packages. My husband was told by an employee at the Trenton post office that our carrier didn't even load our packages because our gate is closed. She post a failed attempt at delivery because our box was full. Neither was true. She never loaded them for delivery. If she is too lazy to deliver packages then she needs another job!! This is a regular occurrence and I'm officially over it!! It's 12 miles one way to our post office. I pay for shipping for a reason. I want something done now!

Had a great experience at this post office! We applied for a passport for our newborn, and all the staff were very kind and patient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Our postmaster needs to be fired in Trenton Ga 30752. We're having nothing but problems with USPS. They were given a package to deliver for me 26 days ago and it's never been seen since. The supervisors are hateful and think they are special. There have been times recently where packages were found in ditches. At least once they didn't even do mail delivery on a workday. I've had handfuls of mail for the next 5 or 6 mailboxes left in my box. Recently the carrier left someone else mail in my box and when he went back by he received the mail back...did he backtrack and deliver there power bill and wounded warrior membership card... No way,he took it back to Trenton or either threw it away. Recently I had a package I paid $105 for was left in someone's garage and the mailman had to retrieve it and redeliver it to me. They all need to be fired and replaced with people who care.

The people at the office itself are okay, give or take one or two employees. It's the carrier that is so terrible. I literally had my daughter tell me the mailman is here, I was expecting a package that I needed, and she saw him while she was standing on our front porch. He drove away with my packages and the email I got said they couldn't complete my delivery. Yeah, it's BC he doesn't want to get out of his car and walk 20 feet to my door!! This is the 3rd time this man has done this!! I work 3rd and can't wait up for packages but happened to be off yesterday and I was awake when this happened. I am furious!

2 out of three of my last packages failed to be delivered. 9361289675091082061032 and 9361289675091084905693. After several years of five star service, within the last month I have had two failed deliveries. Upon arriving at the post office and inquiring about the issue and to retrieve the second package , the postal worker said they were using temporary delivery people, a substitute driver has made no difference in the past. When she was unable to find my package, she said it was an issue with Amazon lying on my app. When she finally found the package it was on the wrong shelf. It said driver was unable to find a secure location to leave the package. I have never had an issue with this in the past previously they left it on my porch, I have never had a package stolen as I live on a dead-end drive.
