I've been visiting Primary Healthcare Center in Trenton for over two years now, for me and my mom, and they have always been excellent. I even moved 45 minutes away and still make the drive to get healthcare.

I love Brittany D, Melissa, & Michelle. They really do care about their patients. The only reason for 4 stars is it’s hard to get ahold of the front desk sometimes & leaving voicemails for refills is kind of a pain. Especially when they know most insurances want 90 day supplies, but they only call in a month.

Had an appointment this morning, I got caught up in traffic and arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled time, and only 5 minutes after they opened. The clerk called Ms. Holifield and was informed that we would need to reschedule because she wasn’t even at work yet. Can this area not get any good medical care providers?

I'm only giving 3 stars because of Brittany. She's great! The receptionists have no idea what they are doing with the exception of one, but I've only talked to her once. After they didn't check my daughter in today and we waited for an hour, we left.

I only write reviews when I feel I need to. There are exceptional people who work in this facility and there are some who aren’t. Went for a visit with Michelle’s “nurse” and waited for over 20 minutes, I was not even called to be triaged ( sick patients have to park around back and are called over the phone), so I went to take my son pee and I was no showed. Then the “nurse” lied and said she was coming to get me and that wasn’t true because I wasn’t even triaged. Wasted 45 minutes of my time because of the bitter medical assistant who works for her. Dr Basham is amazing and her medical assistants are. I feel badly for Michelle because she’s a good nurse practitioner but the facility could use some upgrades with the bedside manners.I called and spoke to a supervisor but I truly don’t believe things get handled appropriately. If I could reach corporate, I would.

Had a great experience. Went in for a physical. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Dr Jazzmine Basham is great, attentive and professional. Lab staff was wonderful and the front office was extremely helpful in providing affordable options for me as an uninsured patient. I would definitely recommend to others.

I'm so grateful for this clinic.The receptionist, nurses & doctors all very kind & helpful. I had an injury that required a specialist.They set up the appointment & I got the surgery I needed. I have no insurance but I still received great care.

I called twice to take an appointment to see a doctor and they kept hanging on me. Probably, they didn’t like my voice. So disrespectful and unprofessional.

They do have a nice staff, but dr. Lua (the Mexican dr.) He was very unfriendly to me for no reason I can't in with the fear that I may have prostate of colon cancer/kidney/ plenty of other places who don't look right at all. So it's a warning to ppl who are scared they might have a life threatening injury don't go to the Trenton office of primary care for a referral that is. And if u do I would NOT recommend seeing the Hispanic doctor simply because he does not consider the feeling and not does he take into consideration of the symptoms the are so so severe and more than likely life threatening. My name Is Russel Gregory and i back this thru a court hearing if needed. Please contact me on this very serious issue.. I'm terrified? Please help me in the name of our savior god almighty, please please pleas.

I never give any place one star, however, they totally wasted my time twice. I scheduled immunizations a few days ago. Went in on Friday for my appointment to find out they needed to reschedule. No problem at all. I didn't mind. I understand that things happen. They rescheduled me for the next Monday, I come in and same thing. They told me they called, but they called outdated numbers, and I gave them the correct numbers when I made the appointment. I won't be back. Trenton health dept. is getting me in tomorrow.

Had a appointment on Friday came in had problem with my insulin doctor told me in front of my husband if i did not take the medication he would not be my doctor ? I did not ask for him to be my doctor .And don;t understand threatening me that way . The new medication I'm having same problem and now my heart is hurting . So because of the way I was talked to I would rather have someone more professional .I cant recommend this place .

This place is terrible. Half the practioners are rude and hurry you thru exam. I felt like a number. Not a patient. Every time I went in there my anxiety went up because I didn't know what to expect. Only good thing about this place was the nurses and receptionists

Do not go here unless you plan to wait 2 hours after your appointment time to actually see someone. The slowest place possible. That's with an appointment. They claim to be walk-in, but I would never attempt that.

I needed a TB skin test, I called ahead to see if they took walk ins which they said they did! I rushed back from school which is 45 minutes away and got there 30 minutes before they closed. The receptionist took my paperwork back there as soon as I showed up and the nurse at the time was complaining that they shouldn’t be excepting patients at 5:00 when they close at 5:30. A TB skin test takes like a couple seconds. I sat in the office for 30 minutes and the NURSING SUPERVISOR came out and told the receptionist to make sure she told me that they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it, that I needed to come back tomorrow when they had time. They are ridiculous, inconsiderate, and most of all LAZY. they will no longer have my business.
