4 reasons and an opinion you should shop at toccoa auto mall
Hands down, BEST service you could ever need at a dealership. 1st they don't waste your time, you be honest with them about what you want, regardless of credit etc , if they say they can do it, belive them. If they can't, they'll tell you. 2nd they made sure the car was 100% reliable before giving me possession of vehicle. 3rd you get a 10 year 150,000 mile power train warranty. 4th and this one is my favorite, my check engine light came on few days after purchasing, it was a sensor. A $500 sensor at that! So you know these wonderful kind people ordered that part themselves and is going to come to my house and change that sensor, free of charge! Mind you, this was an AS IS car and we all know how those work. They did NOT have to even offer to pay for this. But they did WITHOUT hesitation. That right there says alot about their character without saying a word! , Ole saying is, they good people! Proud to have them in our community! I'll always go back to them before going any where else for my auto buying needs. To be honest, they were my last choice when I was looking to purchase. I'm so glad the first two dealers I stopped at, just didn't work the way I wanted it to. It was like it was meant to be. So go to toccoa auto mall off big a rd/ state rd 17 in toccoa ga! Looked like a nice lot with good looking inventory. The gentleman who greeted me was super friendly. Unfortunately due to scam they use in the mail flyers to get people in the door I don't think I'd want to do business with a company that uses such shady tactics. Just imagine the tricks played during a vehicle purchase . I normally don't fall for that stuff but times are hard and I needed groceries. Scratched their flyer and supposedly won $100 cash. I called and asked before going what the catch was to the $100 and was told nothing just bring the flyer and driver's license to match and validate code. Code was clearly for $100... But there is a whole nother code to match on a board at the dealership. So I drove 1 hour roundtrip to get $100 cash to buy groceries and left with a vacation voucher and a Bluetooth speaker in which I can't eat.

Toccoa auto mall is 5 stars all around!, proudly veteran and family owned. Glenn is a super nice a knowledgeable guy. I explained what I wanted and need in a vehicle and budget. All the vehicles are super clean, and the ones I test drove were great. But I couldn’t be happier with the explorer! Definitely will be back when ready to trade up again.

Purchased a car today from these guys. My Credit Score ? but they worked with me. Drove out today in a 2022 Hyundai (under 50,000 miles). Not my dream car. But satisfied, I'll check back with y'all in 6 mos. We'll it is in my faaavvorr clor.

Having to just go car browsing turned into coming home with a new car!!! Talking to the owners son was a very well mannered associate that really engaged with me and just listened to my thoughts and requirements in searching for something that fits my budget and style. Nothing was rushed when selecting and was given an opportunity to drive as many vehicles as I wanted to narrow down my decision. I've came saw and selected a kia forte!!!! Something great on gas, style and most of all pricing!!!! Getting to meet the owner and doing the nervous part of numbers it was a sweet and painless process that really to my surprise worked for me all the way around and left signing on the dotted lines with confidence and assurance I've got the right car and price the fit me!!!
