Made an appt for the first service on our new Traverse purchased in February. When I scheduled the appt for the service, I told the guy I spoke with that the seats weren't cooling properly and wanted that checked also. My wife and I drove 45 miles to the dealership this morning, and when we arrived, We were told that we would have to schedule another appt to have a diagnostic test to check the seat cooling problem.
Not happy.

Horrible place of business they should be shut down! They don't have it together and run around like they don't know what's going on. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place not unless you want a lot of problems. Their rude as well just make sure you do your research on body shops before you decide.

My car has been there a little over 3 months. Their not in a hurry to fix your car & every time I go there they have an excuse of why they haven't gotten to my car. I will never do buiness with this company again.Service: Body & Trim

It is nearly impossible to get in contact with the shop. Every week I get a different excuse as to why my car isn't finished. The finish date keeps being pushed back. The car has been to the paint shop twice now and is still not finished after being kept since December 7th, 2022. David stated that they have had some cars since July 2022. I would pick anywhere else.

your vehicle will not be ready on time, hard to get someone on phone, be sure to check your vehicle before leaving, the repair shop did not put frame around window and bubbles in pain which meant another week wait, I don't recommend

It took them over two months to repair my minivan. They kept giving me excuses about the door and paint. I would call and they would say, "We are working on the paint. It will be ready on Thursday." Two weeks later it wasn't ready. That happened three times. I'll never use them again.
