I am absolutely livid with the Spence Cadillac dealership. After my recent service visit, I discovered significant damage to the paint on my factory rims that will not come off. Almost as if they were sprayed with acid and it wasn’t removed in time. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue by calling them multiple times and sending 2 detailed emails, but I have been completely ignored. No returned calls, no emails, nothing. This level of negligence and lack of customer service is infuriating. This is unacceptable.

Greeted immediately upon my arrival to the service department. Was my first visit and they already knew it was me based on vehicle and appointment time. Nice waiting area and friendly staff. Best of all it took them no time to complete my service. In and out in 30 minutes. Very happy!

***UPDATE***
Never fixed my car. I had to get it towed to the Chrysler dealership to be fixed. Someone did reach out asking me to consider changing my review though. I’ve owned the car for exactly 1 year and today I received a notice saying my warranty has been cancelled. If I could give y’all negative stars I would. Just stay away from this place. I will be reporting y’all to the Better Business Bureau.
Poor service & warranty. Don’t buy a car from them that isn’t Chevrolet or any extended warranty. My Chrysler 300(purchased from them a year ago) has been sitting there for over a week now without one phone call/update from anyone. Finally talked to service person today and was informed they can’t fix my car because it’s not a Chevrolet so they can’t do a diagnostic test. Therefore “I” need to take it next door to the Chrysler dealer. I purchased the car & bumper to bumper extended warranty so I’m having a hard time understanding what the problem is. They were nice the entire time but that’s not fixing my car.

David and Phillip were extremely helpful on the sale. Post sale we had an issue took it to be repaired and it sat a few days only to be picked up and the problem had not been fixed. Took it back and the issue was fixed. Also was told there was a 6 month warranty on the vehicle and come to find out there was no 6 month warranty.

I had my 2008 GMC Sierra truck towed there to be worked on.
The Service Advisor informed me that they Do Not work on vehicles older than 10 years old.

I had the worse experience with Nathan this last time ! This is my second time having my Malibu serviced at this location. My car was serviced on 5/30/2024 and running hot 6/6/2024 . I make sure I ask to have the coolant checked. No one told me I had a leak or anything just had me pay and left . So when I went and asked could it be checked to make sure I didn’t damage anything due to no coolant being in there I was told he can’t drop everything to just check my car and it could be a leak the reason there was no coolant , but if there was a leak it would’ve been one on 5/30/2024 and I wasn’t told about it . For him to be that rude for no reason I never asked him to drop everything I just asked him could he look at it . I will never be going back to this location at all ever again.
