What a great experience dealing with Axel Tomas at Flowers Honda. We stopped in on Saturday to look at CRVs for my wife and I wanted to look at the Ridgelines. Yeimi came put and created us as all salesperson were busy. She promptly had Axel come over from the Nissan side to help us. He got keys and went over the CRV with my wife. He then got a key to show me the Ridgeline. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He followed up with a thank you message that evening. I checked to see if he would be available Monday or Wednesday and set up to see him late Monday morning. I wanted to test drive the truck and have a closer look. Again Axel eas outstanding and really went out of his way to answer questions and was not the pushy sales type. When ready we will go back and see him to get a CRV. Definitely worth the drive from Crawfordville to buy from Flowers. Also Yeimi was great at getting through the paperwork completely and timely. This was by far the best new car buying experience I have had in 50 years. Thank you Axel and Flowers.

Thank you so much to JD, Sam and Jamie. What started out as a really bad experience thanks to David Toxey who is incredibly unprofessional, turned into a great one thanks to these 3. Sam greeted at the us at the Nissan building and took us over to the Honda building to meet JD over at Honda. JD was knowledgeable, respectful and just an all around great guy. While discussing pricing options David Toxey became involved and I asked him if there is anything that can be done on the price. He responded with “I can take $250 off if it makes you feel like you’ve won today”. It was at that moment I knew there was NO WAY that I was buying this vehicle after being disrespected. I felt awful for JD as David was single handedly going to ruin this deal. I told JD & Jamie what happened and immediately left. Both Jamie and JD were apologetic and regretful for what David said. After I left I received a phone call from Sam. Again, incredibly apologetic and asked me to please come back and come to the Nissan building so we could discuss everything. Because Sam was so apologetic I agreed to come back since David would no longer be involved. We ended up making a deal and I felt that the whole team was genuinely sorry for David’s unprofessionalism. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again as long as David was not involved in any way. Thanks again to JD, Sam and Jamie!

I had such a positive experience at this dealership. My salesman was JD. He was such a pleasure to do business with. Had I had any other salesman, I don’t know if I would’ve bought the car. We had such a fun test drive. He followed up with everything he promised. I would definitely do business with him & this dealership again. I had a great experience at Honda in Thomasville Ga. The salesman offered me refreshments and asked numerous of time if I was ok due to the process taking quite some time. All the people were very nice and friendly. But my salesman JD was the best. Every car I asked to look at he told me the features and where they were located on the car. He took his time to explain any questions I asked and kept a smile the whole process!! For this to be my first time ever getting a Honda, this guy made me want to go back anytime I feel like trading my car. We drove over on Saturday morning knowing the vehicle we wanted was in stock after using the feature on the Flowers Honda website. We let our salesman, Ernie Wyrick, know our desired terms and he made it happen. The staff were efficient and welcoming. This has been our best experience at a dealership and we plan to use Flowers Honda and Mr. Ernie for future services.

Purchasing my vehicle from JD at Flowers Honda was the easiest purchase I've ever made. He was informative and kept me up to date during the process. I will definitely recommend him to friends, family and make future purchases as needed from him as well.
**Update**
After returning home with my purchase I noticed some cosmetic issues with my rims. I will admit, I noticed them in pictures and videos prior to my purchase, however simply forgot to take notice during my over look of the vehicle. I immediately brought my concern to my salesperson who shared them with the AL, who immediately started addressing my concerns. He made several attempts to resolve the matter but unfortunately they were not to my satisfaction. Al never got upset or frustrated with me and allowed me to voice concerns while being very understanding. Last week we were able to agree on a common solution and I absolutely love the results. I appreciate the time and effort spent to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase, and I am. Thanks again for everything JD and Al!

It’s really been wonderful buying my first vehicle at flowers Honda and most important the sales person JD was such a wonderful person Jd listen to what vehicle I wanted .And also the finance manager Yeimi a wonderful knowledgeable person .
JD and Yeimi great character. Ask for JD when you visit flowers Honda. And guess what just got my new Honda civic .Guess who was the sale person. JD. And finance manager yeimi.

Garbage!
Service department seems to open/close at a whim. Our Flowers purchased Honda took a week for a simple repair. After service issues (only 1 key can start our car now), left a message, no call back. Called again and the service department took the day off.
