These guys deserve 100 stars. They showed up and showed out!!!! We are beyond grateful and will do all of our business with them. I pulled up at the end of day and Kenny came out quoted me and when I dropped the truck off they did what they said. Thomas and Kenny were so AMAZING!!!! I can't express how Happy we are. I would recommend them to anyone!! If you need something done and they say they can do it they will !!!! They all seem great up there even the ones I didn't talk to were hard at work !!!! Thanks Guys !!!!!!!!!

I was in a bind...tried to clean the throttle body on my truck and messed up the computer's idle settings. Maybe it was just fortunate timing, but, Kenny came out and plugged into my truck's computer right away and had it fixed in just a few minutes! Charged me a VERY fair fee and I was on my way!! (Had been quoted 3X that amount and would have to leave the vehicle overnight at another shop in town.)
Now my "go to" shop! Would recommend them just on customer service and good attitude alone!

Kenny is amazing!
I'm back again today to have him look at the struts and replace a blown out headlamp on my 2009 Toyota Prius.
I was impressed when I first talked with him 2 weeks ago, on the phone, close to closing time. He listened to the problem, didn't rush me.
My A/C was blowing warm air after a friend had added freon to it.
He fixed the problem, it was overcharged! Now it works great! The price was fair too.
Kenny has your interest at heart; treats you how he wants to be treated. Your vehicle will be fixed right the first time.

Kenny and his team provided great customer service and explained everything throughly. They offer competitive prices and work hard to get to the root of the issue. After trying to figure out where the air leak was coming from, Kenny was able to pinpoint where it was. He also found the root of the issue on my boyfriends car. I will definitely be back to do routine maintenance and recommend Auto Air to anyone in Thomasville looking for an honest mechanic.

Went in with a pre defined problem and was upsold to replace a ton of other things on top of a diagnostic fee and they even told me I needed an alignment when my car was perfectly aligned the day before. They also told me i have an oil pan leak but i went to another business and they accurately determined it was a power steering leak, problem solved. Overall bad experience, I ended up taking my business somewhere else. Can't trust someone who lies to you within the first hour. If you want accuracy to your problems and you don't feel like being sold on a ton of wrong things I would take your business elsewhere.

While in Thomasville for a work conference, my car found a grand canyon sized pothole in a construction zone around the hotel in which I was staying. This resulted in a bent cooling fan and a crack in the coolant reservoir. I was due to travel back home in two days and was not hopeful to be road ready by then. The folks over at Auto Air of Thomasville got me back on the road in less than 24 hours. The customer service was amazing and the prices for parts and labor was very fair, especially as this was a quick turn around so I could make it back home. Highly recommend!
