Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for some adjustments and further help. When I walked in the receptionist (tg I think?) was super friendly and explained everything very clearly. Dr thaliya was very knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 would recommend

I had the best customer service experience here! My back feels better than it has in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the friendly receptionist made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was seen promptly, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt cared for. Highly recommend for both the quality of care and the warm atmosphere!

Great experience! Spoke with the nice girl TG at the front desk about starting with a chiropractor. I’ve never done it before and was a little nervous. She was very helpful

I love this place been coming here for years the two Doctors are very helpful. I love Dr.Thalia she usually here on Sundays and Mondays. She’s great for expecting mothers. Staff is always friendly and will help you with any questions have highly recommend

I've been going to The Joint for over 4 years now and have visited multiple locations. I was lucky to have found one doctor that always made it worth the visit. However, he got promoted to the management team. Since then, which was over a year ago, I've not been able to find a location that made it worth my time and money. I was about to cancel my membership until I visited the John's Creek/Suwanee location. Dr. Thalia is amazing! She's very friendly with her patients and curtails my visits accordingly to what is needed to make me feel whole again. She even does adjustments I didn't know I needed! It's hard to find a location where you leave satisfied and feel it was worth the 5 minutes. I've visited multiple locations where I just felt OK. Even though it's a bit of a drive, I make sure to go on the days she's there.
So, thank you Dr. Thalia for giving your patients 100% all the time. This location is lucky to have you!

I've been going to The Joint Chiropractic for about 3 months now. I appreciate the convenience of being able to walk in anytime without an appointment. I like that you can visit any location with the same membership. One thing that I think would be beneficial is having a few massage chairs to use either before or after being adjusted.

Beware of the switch and bait MO. I signed up for 1 month. Ended with a recurring charge. Still trying to get my money back. The receptionist is well trained to lure you into the 1 month 6 visits never informing you that it will be a recurring monthly fee afterwards. When disputed through my CC, the joint presented evidence that I signed for recurring monthly charges.
So sad that a practice like this takes advantage of their patients in need...still waiting for a call from one of the 3 managers. Receptionist declined to give names. I guess my 8 years as a Joint customer mean nothing. So sad.

You never know who you are getting which is not good. The older guy was the most professional and was there most days in March. My last visit my rib was cracked and I am still in severe pain two weeks later and can take over 6 weeks to recover. Not her fault I’ve injured my ribs from touching a window seal in my car window in the past twice. I have not received a refund yet cause they took money out the day before I cancelled. It will be two months before I will even consider going back. This is the worse my ribs have hurt ever because they crunched when she pressed on my upper back.

Great concept to be able to go anytime without an appointment. Switching up providers is hard for me having a spondylolisthesis though. We need Dr Jim back in Johns Creek/Suwanee!
