I just want to give the biggest THANK YOU to the groomer, JayeCee. I came in, knowing that given the change in season that my German Shepherd, Scout, would need a de-shed and a bath - the amount of hair is crazy! JayeCee proposed as well that she could give Scout a “breed cut” which I didn’t even think my GSD needed grooming. BOY WAS I WRONG! I was so HAPPY with the way that my boy came back to me! His ears and chest were cleaned up, the “pantaloons” or back of his legs were so neat!! And she gave him the cutest rainbow bandana! 10/10 recommend her if you are in the area!

WESTIE OWNERS BEWARE!
I DO NOT recommend the groomer, JayeCee at this location!!!! This is a picture of my baby when I picked him up today. She definitely does not know how to do a Westie Cut. His ears should have only been “tipped” and his face is super uneven. He looks so bad! This is NOT what a $90 grooming should look like.

I've been taking my dog to Heart of Suwanee for check-ups and grooming for 5 years. My dog comes home happy every time! The staff there are very friendly and takes care of my dog very well.

This was a good experience. My pup, Lady, got her 1st professional grooming and some much needed attention to her teeth. She's a whole new pup today. Staff and medical team talked me through what would be done and gave me a reasonable estimate before starting.

We have been using Heart of Suwanee Animal Hospital for about 10 years for the care of our pets. I have been extremely satisfied with their level of professionalism, customer service, and friendliness over the years. All of their doctors are great...they are knowledgeable and caring when it comes to their care approach. Heart of Suwanee is also very cost effective compared to many other veterinary offices in the area. Their offices are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, my family has had 2 pets cross the rainbow bridge in the span of the last nine months but Heart of Suwanee staff, techs, and doctors were with us through the entire event and were incredibly supportive. Losing a pet can feel like losing a child and being there felt like we had family with us to help guide us through that time. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Tyson, Dr. Jandrlich, Betty, Blanca, Vanessa, Kim, Shannon, Sabrina, and Frannie for their recent support with our fur babies!! You guys rock!

Never worry about leaving our 2 fur babies there and they love going. Entire staff always very helpful and cheerful from front staff to techs in the back. Blaze and Sherman say thank you for loving on us.

Awesome place!!! We had both of our dogs groomed at Heart of Suwanee and not only was the groomer, Jaycee, fantastic, but she was also kind and attentive to both our pups. Add the fact that the rest of the staff was also patient and personable...I would definitely recommend them to all who want the best for their pets!

I drive 45 minutes to go to Dr Sanders! She is clear, concise, and gives great aftercare instructions. She was also very sweet and helpful during stressful situations - she recently diagnosed my pup with a chronic condition and she was so sympathetic and understanding. i'll never go to another vet!

These folks are wonderful. Everyone from staff to doctors! Fixed up our big boy fur baby...and we were able to remove a sweet 2 year old with our daughter.

I would highly recommend this vet to a friend! I could tell the staff is very experienced in handling animals. My dog is not yet fully trained but the staff was able to handle him and successfully give him a check up.
