We were customers of Kenny's when he had his business on Hwy 20. We recently had a timing belt replaced and got the same great service we had in the past. They offer quality service for a reasonable price, something that is very hard to come by these days! I would definitely recommend Japanese Auto Service for anyone.

Eugene and team are excellent. They know Japanese cars. I value the expertise when i inform them over the phone of what my car is doing and they inform me that my car is prone to that issues based on their experience. As such, they have gotten all the diagnosis on the mark. I look forward ro many more years of service on my 98 3000 gt and honda civic.

Had to replace timing belt which can be pricey. This was my first time using Garrard's and was nervous for such a big repair. Shop had come recommended so I went for it. Easily got an appointment and vehicle was returned at time promised. It's been about about 3 weeks since the repair and no issues, vehicle runs great! I have scheduled an oil change now so I guess this is my place for repairs now. Thanks!Service: Transmission repair

Very fine Japanese auto shop! They have always taken care of me and my 2004 Toyota Camry, plus they are really nice and the waiting room has lots of stuff to do which is always good, plus WATER FOUNTAIN (one with barrel on top!)

Best Toyota mechanic in metro-Atlanta! Just had a quality 300k mile service done on my 2000 4runner. QUALITY job, fair price, and great turn around time. Eugene was a pleasure to work with and the customer service was fantastic as well. Will not take my Toyotas anywhere else from this point on.

Have been bringing my car here for years but I have truly lost trust. Brought my car in with its parts and apparently the parts were not correct causing problems in the car. I had a different mechanic check the car out and they told me these parts are not compatible. I called Garrard's and they laughed and told me they just put in whatever part people bring them. I really trusted them before but why would NO ONE call to say the parts were incorrect??
