Since I'm looking for a specific item, I decided to call to prevent an unnecessary trip. I've been calling for 3 days, get no answer only a constant busy signal including today. Needless to say, I'm unsure if I'll visit the establishment unless I'm in the area.

I love the store they have great products. I just get irritated that its not open when it says or no one answers the phone so I'm wasting gas to go to the store and it not be open during the hours of operation thats listed

This place is amazing… They have incense, black soaps, Shea butter, jewelry wrappings, oils and Great African spiritual trinkets. This place is a hidden gem, check em out!

I asked to see some earrings that were on the shelf and an old lady told me I couldn't see them unless I was going to purchase them. She was very rude. I asked her what did she say and she repeated it. I am not surprised about how she acted. Why do they feel as though we are bothering them. If you don't like Americans go back home. I will never patronize them again. I will go somewhere else. If you are from the ATL you already know the West End is the place to go for Authentic African Attire.

Very unprofessional and janky. I ordered products from them on a Friday and was forced to pay 2-day shipping because that’s the only offer they give for shipping. I called to inquire about my order on a Monday, the expected delivery date and I got a very rude male that told me he’d send out my order that day. I got an email on Tuesday stating they’d just sent out my order and I won’t receive it until Friday, a week later when you force customers to pay for 2 day shipping!! They’re stealing extra money from you because 2 day shipping is less than what they force you to pay. I’ll never use or recommend this company again!!!!!!
