Wanted to try this store out since I've never been. Clean store. Horrible looking parking lot.I'm assuming the lady in there was the SM or ASM but very obvious and noticeably passive-aggressive and did not greet once I entered. Customer service work is not for everyone .

Pathetic they got a manager by the name of Mia that’s allowing people to come into the store by a big crate and fill it up she only charge them for the crate and everything else she lets them steal

The worst of them all. They are never open when their suppose to be. Store stays unorganized and the staff is almost always unpleasant or professional.

The store is accepting cash only, what’s is fine. I came to buy just a few gallons of water, they were advertised as $1.25 in the shelves but once the cashier scanned it, it was $1.80. I asked about it and she said - we didn’t have the time to update the price tags yet. I said okay, I won’t take it today and told me I needed to take the products back to the shelf (she didn’t ask me if I could, she told me I needed to). I said I’m sorry, I will leave it here in the cart out of the way and she said - You can’t leave it in there, the store is a mess because of people leaving things here. I said I’m sorry, got my money back and left the store.

The Ghetto. It’s well past 9 am and the store is closed still. Just saw a worker get dropped off and go inside to start turning lights on. 9:20 and the doors still locked. She walkin around inside talking on the phone! Purse still on her arm. Just unprofessional and annoying that people can’t rely on the posted store hours, we gotta wait until you feel like opening bc YOU were late getting to work smh

9:18am and there are several of us customers here waiting on this store to open that was supposed to be open at 9am. Not a good look and not what I would expect from a corporate store smh

I blasted this dirty, nasty, filthy store on Family Dollar’s Twitter account over a year ago with pictures and everything. They asked me for the location so they could address the problem, so I gave it to them. Now more than a year later, aisles still cluttered with boxes. Merchandise all over the floor. Stuff just thrown everywhere. Smh Was about to snap more pics but realized I’d be wasting my time. They just don’t GAF. I’m done with this Family Dollar. I can’t believe they’re still in business.

Oh noHorrible experience manager by the name of Taliya use profanity very unprofessional look horrible I don’t know who what a hiring people like this. The whole time I’m shopping she’s on her phone talking about why somebody left her in a relationship and they want her back like girl get off your phone at work this is crazy. It’s so ghetto all the prices are off and are not correct. It’s really sad they probably get paid seven dollars an hour maybe that’s why they’re not motivated to look presentable how uniform it was so nasty.

The store is a mess the manager by the name of Taliya Well that what she said she was . Was on her phone while check out and very dirty looking like she didn’t wash her uniform. The store was a hot mess I asked her was anyone else there to help her and she said no. I asked her for corporate number she refused to give it to me the store didn’t have anything put up right she use profanity towards me she was-rudeAnd unprofessional . Very disgusting!!!!! I will never shop at my local Family Dollar ever in my life!!!
