This location definitely need training in customer service. Walked in was not greeted at all, on top of that the 2 sales associates were talking their personal business (LOUD) at the counter. One of the girls had men problems.Good help is hard to find now a days.

I was looking for something white for my summer vacation. I found it along with a few other items that caught my eye. I wasn't able to try on anything in the store because the dressing rooms were closed. But the sales associate told me I had 7 days to return anything that didn't work for me. Once I got home, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything I purchased fit well. Great customer service.

It's Rainbow not Lenox Mall..some of these comments don't fit..I come to Rainbow for deals and the clothes will last long if you know how to preserve things..I usually buy more from them online but I had a wonderful time today and the cashier said Bless You..I feel bad that I'm moving soon..I've worn your clothes out of town and to many concerts..I wear the items like boutique clothing..the items are a hit with the Public Figures I know so this is a home run..And I'm a Wardrobe Stylist with very viral followers so I know a thing or two about clothes..Here is a secret..Head to the back and then shop at the front..the deals are in the back..I haven't been to the new one yet..I'm moving to a non Rainbow area across town..you will be missed..

The employees at the Stone Mountain location off hwy 78 have terrible customer service. Even the manager has a bad attitude. & When customers walk up to the counter, they look at you as if you’re disturbing their conversation. It’s ridiculous. I’ll drive to the Lawrenceville store which is 25 mins away before I drive to this one , 10 mins away. I’m big on customer service , this store really lacks it !

Employees gossiping about guys. I tried on one dress and when I came out the associate was literally standing in front of the door like I was stealing? I did not have a big purse, a bag from a different store just a wallet in my hand i was treated as if I was thief.

The sales associates in this store lack customer. We were in the shopping center at Marshalls, and we decided to stop into 579 which we weren't greeted at all. We were watched by associates as if we were going to steal. We immediately left the store. We will never return. We ended up going to Sugarloaf Mills Mall. Beware sales associates will follow you around the store in a matter that will make you feel uncomfortable to shop there.
