Have never seen anything like this. A complete waste of my time. Went in to the branch to open an account, the next day they called to say they needed me to sign more documents went back into the branch and signed those as well. Unbeknownst to me they needed even more documents (what on earth). They claimed to have called me. I did not get a phone call, voicemail , email, nor mail correspondence from them at any time. No apology just an offer to open a new account.. I declined I saw what I needed to see, no accountability, poor communication, and a complete disregard for your time.

They are open on Wednesday at this location. I know this because I was shopping on this day at 4pm and saw 2 people working the desk. Wish I knew this because I needed to make a deposit but I left me cash at home. Love this bank but they need to update their hours. I was shopping 09/23/2020. I gave 4 stars for this reason.

Online has different hours of operation then what this location follows... Need to fix that. Extremely slow, took me 30 minutes to make a deposit smdh
