I can't say enough great things about the staff at this location. They are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Special shoutout to Banker Jasmine B. She is super personable and I really enjoyed working with her on two separate occasions. She is an absolute ROCKSTAR and amazing at what she does! All around a great experience and follow-up after our visit. ♥️

What is the point of offering a night deposit box if you keep it locked??? I tried calling several times to ask if they even had one available the day before and they would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. It's super frustrating that we can't depend on the United Postal Service to deliver in a timely manner and to try to get payments to the bank on time yourself only to find that this location keeps the night deposit box locked

I came in at the last minute, about a month or so ago, to open an account. Although I had no appointment, Stefon took the time to help me out and provide all of the necessary information before his next appointment. He was very welcoming, kind, and helpful, and he got me set up and ready to go in a timely fashion. I will be scheduling all of my future appointments with him.

My husband and I visited the BOA in Stockbridge today to open a new account . We were highly impressed by the outstanding service we received from Miguel . The women working here in the offices apart from the teller are being paid to do nothing there,All I wanted to do was notary,they made me sit there for an hour only to tell me they couldn’t do it.

I have been banking with BofA for decades. The staff at this location were very knowledgable (and stylish if I may add). If I happen to need assistance or have a quick question, they are ready to help. There is little to no wait time which is a plus and the location is ideal with ample parking.

Great customer service and location however the setup is the worst. If you need a quick ATM run, then it's prefect but for any reason you have to go inside I hope you have some time. It's only two tellers working (always!) lines are always long. They need more tellers due to the busy location of Hudson Bridge.

I have been banking here for almost 9 years and the whole staff is wonderful. I can truly say in the last 2 years the customer service and staff has grown in a faster marvelous professional better way. I have experienced faster service and the staff has been so professional and courtesy without the attitudes that I have experienced in the past. I have gained a nice relationship with the head bank manager Kelda.She has made my banking experience so much convenient and hassle free.Thanks for all the services that has been provided, we appreciate all that y'all do.

It's a pretty typical bank. They have 2 drive through ATMs always seem busy, so it's better to go to the ATM in the lobby. People are lazy and don't want to walk 20 feet. I'm usually back in my car and leaving while the people still sit staring at the ATM in the drive through.
