Each visit to the neighborhood market is different. Time of day day of week all factor into the buying experience. Oftentimes the shelves are not stocked with the regular items that we purchase. Other times the shelves have plenty of choices. I'm sure the supply chain is still having an impact. My only gripe and it is a constant gripe is that there are never enough staffed check out lines.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Always a long wait and a lot of rude staff. I should have switched pharmacies a long time ago. Final straw was getting the runaround about a prescription for my son today and them hanging up on the physician’s office. Very unprofessional.

Ran in to get a few things and found everything on my list plus a few new items to try. Parking is always good, and I gased up my car at their pump. It's a friendly place that I enjoy going to.

This was my first time visiting this location and it is my last. My doctor called in my new prescription and upon my arrival inside the store it was not ready, but it would be ready in 22 minutes. I returned to the drive thru in 30 minutes and was informed it would be ready in 45-60 minutes. I told the young lady what I was told 30 minutes ago and she called me a lier. We just relocated to Statesboro from the Midwest and this is the first rude person. Moved my business to Forest Heights.

Typically have to wait hours to get your pickup order or prescription unless it is first thing in the morning. Always out of stock on many items.

Don’t waste your time with online pick up. Order delayed over 4 hrs yesterday. Finally canceled and reordered for today and still no groceries 3 hours past pick up time. No explanation given either time and no one will answer at the store.

They text me an hour ago that my order is ready. I've been here waiting 45 minutes. They are not that busy only a few cars here when I got here. They have only brought orders out like 3 times so what are they doing!?

Do not do pickup. They will delay your time slot, then say your order is ready and when you get there and check in nobody brings you your order. You will wait for hours and if you cancel they hold your money hostage for up to 7 days! BEWARE! Never again!

I want to give a big shout out to Christian G ( I hope that’s his name) every time I come to the neighborhood market, this young man has no problem dropping everything he is doing to help me. His customer service is incredible. Sometimes I’ll go out of my way to come here just because of the atmosphere he helped create for me. The other associates are fairly plain and never look up from what they are doing. They can learn a thing or two from him about customer loyalty and retention. Being an operations manager in my own field, I would encourage management to keep their eye on this young man for the possibility of future growth! He’ll be an incredible asset to some company one day. I encourage you to utilize him while you have him!

Won’t pick up the phone when you call. If you do Uber never take a Walmart pick up you will be waiting so long you will always end up leaving. Wish Walmart would just let us delivery drivers do the shopping cause at this point we all are just losing money.

They did not have the Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer that I drove 20 miles for. Also they said it would be an hour before my RX would be ready, so I had to come home to put up the cold groceries I got and now I have to make another trip to get my RX.

Absolutely terrible. I had a pickup order for 3-4pm. I was sent an email and a notification from the app that my order was ready (at 2:50pm). I arrived at the store at 3:00pm and there were only about 3 or 4 other cars in the pickup parking waiting to get their order. I called the store 3 times. Each time they pushed the time back that they were going to bring my groceries out. There were plenty of staff going around to each car loading the groceries in, so there is absolutely no reasoning as to why I waited for an entire hour and a half to receive my groceries if they were so called “ready” at 3:00pm! Just do yourself a favor and save your time by shopping in the store. You will be in and out in less time than it takes to have your groceries brought out to you!!!

I placed an online pick up order August 26 for August 27 7a-8a and was emailed by Walmart at 7a saying my order would be delayed. I received another email at 8:51a saying that my order was ready for pick up. I pulled in and checked in around 9:01a and waiting until 11:33a to get my groceries. BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE! After about an hour of waiting we noticed that people were pulling up after us getting their groceries. I waited another 30 minutes and was told that Walmart was filling orders from the day before...why couldn't someone have come out and told people this so that we weren't waiting 2 hours plus for some groceries! The staff seemed clueless and wanted to blame everyone else for what was going on. The entire neighborhood Walmart is very unorganized and unprofessional! I will never use the online pick up at this location again and I expect some type of compensation or at least an apology for the terrible customer service I experienced. Waiting 2 hours and 32 minutes for groceries that were picked and processed the night before....NEVER AGAIN!
