DO NOT GO HERE - go to rjpope. Usually there is a man and younger boy working, but if there is a older woman working in there save your time. She was very unhelpful today. I went in to ask about a VERY expensive jacket I bought for my boyfriend around Christmas time, and he has only worn twice and not washed yet the buttons have become very lose and some almost have fallen off. I figured since I paid for the jacket and had the receipt that the least they could do is contact the seller of the jacket. But no, she just wrote me a ticket and told me how much I would need to pay the seamstress. She did not apologize for my bad experience with them or anything. If it was my business, I would have offered to fix the jacket or let me exchange for another one, especially since they have a seamstress on hand.

They "do not do returns/refunds". I bought my boyfriend a present, and unfortuantely it was not what he wanted. I tried to return it and the sales associate basically told me they can do it, they just don't. Instead, I was offered store credit, which is of no interest or use to me. If I would have been aware of this prior to my purchase (they of course didn't mention that, nor did I see it displayed) I would've never made the purchase to begin with. To me, this simply states they don't care about their customers, only money.

If there is a zero star, that would have been the best fit for them. They didn’t give my husband and grooms men a tie after charging us for everything. And also due to covid 4 grooms men could not attend, they refuse cancelling the order even after informing them few weeks to the wedding. They were bent on getting the full payment, but were not bent on providing tie that was paid for. They don’t have their customers at heart.

My husband paid $100 to have his suit altered here, they didn’t have him try it on when he picked it up. The sleeves/cuffs are very obviously uneven, we will be taking it somewhere else to be fixed.
