The hairdresser, Patrice, was extremely nice We talked and talked and my hair looks great!! She was very knowledgeable about different products, especially a Redken Curl Enhancer which she put on my hair - and it was fabulous!!
Requested style: I just wanted her to trim my ends that I missed cutting it myself-and she did!! Did exactly like I requested!
Stylist: Patrice, she was wonderful! Did exactly what I asked and was very sweet!!

Everyone at Smart Style Salon are professionals when it comes to taking care of their customers. I never know what products to purchase and it’s nice to have someone who can recommend the products that are best suited for my hair type. The salon is always clean and the items on the shelf are always organized.
Requested style: I’ve never had anyone who knows how to cut or style my hair except for Rita Black.
Hair type: My hair is thin and fine Rita Black knows exactly how to cut and style my hair so that it is manageable for me.
Stylist: Rita Black is an exceptional hairstylist. I highly recommend her!

This salon has changed for the worse over the past few years.The current stylist do not want to do your hair if you are African American.There was a time when all of the stylist were versatile, but not any more!Jenny did my hair for years before she left, there use to be a guy there and Rita can do all hair types but she's just one personPlease hire and pay sufficient wages to stylist so that we have more options.

Had a horrible experience here. Vicki messed up my hair and then when confronted she tried to tell me I had breakage all the way up to the top of my head which is in fact not true. She pulled pieces to try and say it’s even but the reason the cut looked bad was due to the “breakage”. Finally was able to get a refund after asking to speak to the manager. Went somewhere else to get it fixed and the lady who fixed it knew exactly who messed up my hair just by the cut because she has fixed several peoples hair who Vicki has cut. She also told me that I did not have any breakage and she didn’t even cut the dead ends off. Will post picture.

Gave my teenage son the perfect haircut and made him smile which isn’t any easy task these days. A little pricey for a man’s hair cut, but she did a super job.
