Needed a yard sweeper and they had just what I needed. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

DO NOT purchase appliances from Sears. When your appliance breaks (and it will at under 2 years old) they refer you to “Sears parts direct” where everything shows available however it is not. Everything anyone needs is on back order indefinitely. I called to see if there are replacement parts that is not on back order, they sent me the wrong part that does not fit my appliance (probably doesn’t fit any appliance) I escalated the issue to a “manager” and they said the manufacturer cannot give a time for the part to available. I have a refrigerator that is less than two years old that will not cool and needs a control board that they may not make again. I called the Sears store- there is nothing they can or will do. I even asked if we could pull parts off a fridge they had in stock, also no. Nobody can help or will help. I will probably be forced to purchase another refrigerator and not be compensated in any way. Buy your appliances from Lowe’s or Home Depot! You’ve been warned.

They had a sell going on but no stock in back room and if I ordered one on sale it wouldn't come in for over two weeks! They don't ship to your house either. The dryer i wanted was $422 lowest one in back $700 big difference huh? I tried calling 3 times before i drove 40 miles but they disconnected me....3 times. So i was not a happy customer.

Seemed too busy congregating to pay us much attention. Then was not knowledgeable about the appliances. She kinda just blew us off so we went to Lowe's. They met the price and took good care of us

I ordered a washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. Get a call the morning of delivery to inform me that my washer is no longer available and to call customer service. Call customer service to find out what’s going on. One representative tells me that’s the washer isn’t available from the manufacturer anymore. Call gets disconnected. Call back the second and different rep tells me they can’t find my order to call another. Call other number and they can’t find it either and refer me to the first number. Call the first number back and the 4th rep informs me that it just hasn’t arrived from the manufacturer. So, who knows what’s really going on? Customer service is horrible and the lack of communication doesn’t exist. I wouldn’t recommend sears.com for anything.

They are always so nice and friendly here. They go out of their way to help you. Had a problem with a chainsaw we bought, so they went ahead and just exchanged it for a new one. This is what true customer service is about.
