We have banked with Renasant for 12 years and after 3 separate (major) issues, we will be moving to another bank. They are not helpful, the afterhours line is a joke, and if you have a problem, good luck in getting it resolved quickly. I should have switched after the first problem with them but I incorrectly assumed they would help since we have been loyal. They don't care about the customer and I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone.

We have been with Renasant for almost year. And we could not be happier. When we first went in and explained to Ms Irene the problems we had with my ex wife and our old bank she ensured us that it would not happen with them and they was right they went above and beyond. Even you looking for a good bank be sure and see Ms Irene at one in Walmart parking lot at Northside Dr she is the best.

Charley needs a dose of how be a good teller u don’t work public and be rude to someone fighting cancer and talk about them when they leave shame on charley shame on bank for allow your customer to be down graded and left bank crying shame shame shame I was there to open a mulity business account but now I believe I have changed my mind I personally know the customer she treated this way and know she’s fighting for her life as I’ve been involved in fund raiser for her and poker runs she should be donating inside degrading shame shame I hope u or ur family doesn’t have go through this and be treated like u did by the way she heard u and I heard u and bank manger heard u and didn’t even say anything business will be else where

Wasn't helpful at all. I called because of 2 overdraft fees. They charged me overdraft fees for 2 automatic payments that was delayed. It wasn't my fault. Wasn't helpful nor understanding! Christie wouldn't do anything to assist me. During this pandemic most places are understanding NOT this place.
