I was looking for something specific and called this location. The female was uninterested. Very vague with answering my questions, and was having a whole convo with someone in the store while supposedly attempting to help me. Even if they did have what I needed, I wouldn't have went.

On Time Fashion has the absolute best customer service. Everyone is so nice, helpful and they all communicate so well! Most of my wedding party shopped with them and had alterations done with them and everything was perfect! Every staff member recognized us when we went in and knew exactly which wedding we’re apart of. I recommend them highly to anyone for any occasion! I know we will definitely be back!!

They altered my son pants for prom and they were perfect! This is the go to store for guys to go to get suits for all occasions!

Their workers sexual harass you and the owner allows his other coworkers not to help you because you report the situation and the person was the other coworkers friend. Then the owner brings God in it saying that God wouldn't agree about the person being sexual harassed or his friends and family letting others know about the incident.

Don’t shop here!! This place has nasty customer service! The store is bias and has racial undertones, I watched them deny two minority males entry into their establishment today. Customers should be aware that theres a creep who sexually harasses men who come in to get fitted. My brother was sexually assaulted there and the store’s actions victimized the victim! The Better businesses bureau will be consulted because this place need to be SHUT DOWN!!!

Went here to get my son a tux for prom,they are a great quality store. They had everything he wanted and needed. The gentlemen working there are above and beyond professional and extremely nice. The man who waited on us even did the alterations in 15min so we were able to take everything with us so we didn't have any worries ? we will definitely be shopping here again
