I moved to Statesboro Feb 5, 2023 and they are not longer here. The T-Mobile store said all Metropcs stores in this area are gone. I used to have 5G service in FL now I don't even have phone service when visiting friends 8 miles away.

I was a Metropcs costumer since 2014. I bought 2 cellphones, 1 work no issues and the second cellphone never work. Call tech support and after more then 2 hrs of troubleshooting I was told to wait for the "engeniers" to try to solve the issue. 2 weeks went by and finally I received a call from MetroPCS and I was informed the problem is the phone, go to the nearest store and get a replacement. I owned the phone just under 30 days. At the store I was informed that the owner doesn't exchange phones you need to buy a new phone. As of today I'm a Verizon costumer. Metropcs is garbage!!!

Absolutely terrible service in store ( atleast with the person I spoke to yesterday) and terrible phone service. I decided to switch over to At&T, which so far has been amazing and would definitely recommend. I had to first get my account number and pin from metro to keep my number. I called them a total of 4 times with no answer so I decided to drive over to the store. Man working on the counter refused to give me any of my information and would not give me an explanation as to why. So I wasted gas driving to the Metro store because they wouldn’t answer their phone, and left without the information I needed. Metro is one of the cheapest places for a reason. Take your money and get something that is actually reliable.

Absolutely love Metro. I have never had a phone bill this cheap in my life! The speeds are super fast, the customer service was top notch and friendly, and the phone has lasted longer than ANY Verizon phone. It has been in two pools, a bathtub, dropped hundreds of times, yet it still works like new. Even though the screen is cracked, I refuse to get a new one because of how reliable this phone has been. One day I'm sure it will meet it's maker, but until then, I will keep scrolling a cracked up screen. Lol. I legit cannot express in words how impressed that I am with this service provider. Oh, I also have signal when others on the major networks don't (i.e verizon). Verizon.....y'all got some SERIOUS competition here!

I love my metro by t-mobile service it's super fast and no surprised bills. Works every where the data is super fast. I'm a big fan of the new motorola phone it's great.

Went to this store because I received a text saying I can receive a free phone so I went to this store when I got there it was only one other person in there ..I live in metter so I'm not in statesboro all the time and it was in the evening when ask the employee about the phone that was free he said they didn't have to it so as looking for another phone and was about to buy it ..he was help me and the other person at once so he started pulling out all the phone and I see they did have the phone that was free but instead of just doing it for free I had to pay a hundred and something for it along with screen protector and case over 200 hundred dollars ...then he put the wrong screen protector on there so my phone fell and broke I have been with metropcs for years and never had a problem til now ..he was the worst employee ever ...make me want to go to another company
