All Good... Not Excellent or Great. If you want a quick pizza you or yours will consume within 20 minutes max it's ok. After it gets cold warming in a microwave or oven will not help.Other Pizza Places have Pizza that's good cold or rewarmed...Not here...3 meat , Pepperoni or Hawaiian are good if eaten within 15 minutes of pick up

The food is good every now and then they cut the slices wrong and that makes me mad. Their service is OK. The wait is so/ so. The staff is friendly most of the time. Its just not enough room in place to wait.

I keep ordering the extra most bestest and get so little toppings. There's more sauce than anything else (which isn't a lot to begin with). A cashier told another customer that there isn't a difference between the regular pizzas and the extra ones so maybe it's just the mentality there.

Ordered crazy bread with extra parmasean, bread was old, had to wait additional 6 minutes to get a fresh order of bread. Every order should be made fresh to order.

Went there on 11-3-23, around 5:00pm and there was a line inside. Paid for my order and after 40 minutes waiting I heard one customer that was ahead of me waiting on a 14 pizza order. Got my refund and left. Employees should advise customers of the long wait time . Seems that they don’t have a good process in place or they are understaffed. For the price, is better to go to Domino’s or Papa Johns.

If I could give 0 stars I would...PSA: if y'all order pizza delivery from Little Caesars in Statesboro, GA don't expect to get your food...they contract with doordash to handle their delivery but are not sending the portal code to the dashers for almost 2 weeks now. I just sat and argued with the manager advising my app is up to date and that the customer doesn't have the code if they order through Doordash. She refused to release the food even though I could clearly show her the order, etc. Doordash support called to try and resolve the issue and she told the other cashier to put the phone on the counter. Needless to say she never picked the call up and after about 10 mins support came back to me and advised me that this is clearly a Little Caesars issue and he will be reaching out to upper management ASAP. None of the clerks would help. Manager basically dismissed me and said she wasn't dealing with me. Ok bet...I can't wait to call corporate and file a complaint. My customer now got a refund for no reason and no food. They are also losing a customer as I refuse to spend another dollar with them.

Pepperoni pizza was burnt. Manager tried to hide that it was burnt by asking to slice it in squares. Still ate it because it was closing time when they gave it to us. Hour later we got sick and threw it up. Not worth $13!

Where do I begin. Ordered pizza at 7:30, was told it would be ready and in the kiosk for pickup at 8:00. Went to pick it up. Left at 9:05 with pizza. Not only did the worker that was cutting the pizza refuse to put pizza in the terminal. He did not even bother to stack orders together in the back. He was just throwing them in the warmers and the poor cashier was the one having to go and hunt through the orders just to find that ours had been ready for around 30 minutes prior to us getting it. This is not the first time they have done this, but it has never been this bad. Overall, poor organization. We would have never gotten our order if we did not specifically ask to receive it. By the time we left there were around 20 people waiting for orders placed hours prior.

Placed an order on the app waiting for the confirmation and it was sitting on a shelf, UNDER THE AC VENT FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES! I can't give this a negative rating, but if I could I would.
