Love this store! The staff here are ALWAYS ready and willing to help. I had a problem with something I bought, the soap leaked into my bag and so when I got home and was putting everything away I noticed the soap and called the store and explained that I just left and the young lady remembered me and told me to just bring everything back with me and that she would help me exchange it out. The soap was a popular one and she only had one left and she made sure she put it behind the counter with my name on it.

I absolutely love coming to this store! It is always super clean and the managers and staff are always super sweet and very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mae. She was the sweetest employee ever! She recommended some of the best smeling candles I've ever smelled. She was such a ray of sunshine and absolutely made my day.

The staff here are next level! They were so kind and gave me great recommendations and were knowledgeable enough to accommodate for my allergies. They new all thier products and sales and were super friendly! It's a great place to grab a quick gift for any loved ones and a nice place to treat yourself.

Had the rudest associate named Briana in there. She was eye balling my mom and if she was trying to steal or something. My mother was asking her questions on certain products and she was really rude. I asked her several questions upon check out and she was flat out ignoring me. She even tossed back our change. Not sure what her problem was but I brought it to one of the managers attention. If people don't want to be at work they should be sent home. There's no need for the customers to pay for their problems/issues.
