“As soon as you report a possible issue about your account, they are on the ball helping to correct it. Since they are a large enough bank, you can always reach someone over the phone to report a lost or stolen card. If this occurs, all you have to do is contact the bank, over the phone is fine, tell them what charges are/aren't yours and they'll have your $ back to you in no time. They also give you a temporary replacement card which you use just until you're new card arrives, usually within the week. The employees are always polite and eager to help, both over the phone and in the office.”

“Why does it seem like all the 1 star reviews are coming from bots ? I mean think about it. They have no profile pic, and they often have lackluster reviews. I don't know just seems kind of weird to me. You would think if they cared enough to leave a bad review that they would have a profile pic.. Gets even weirder when you realize that the worst bank in town, Wells Fargo, has almost perfect reviews. 5.0 stars; nothing negative at all to say. Even though they won't approve me for a loan after being a customer for 2 years with a credit score over 700. Even though they have terrible customer service. Even though the bankers and the branch manager act nervous and confused 24/7 when you try and ask them basic financial questions. I don't know.. Something isn't adding up. I closed my Wells Fargo account today (1/26/2024) after I was denied a personal loan for the 3rd time. I will be opening an account with Synovus in Statesboro next week and immediately depositing into my new checking account.”

“This was THE best experience I've ever had at any bank. I had to go in to get some change for a business account, which is something new to me, so I was less than prepared. First of all, this wasn't the usual branch the business uses, so I kind of assumed they would say they couldn't help me. Not only did they assist me with a smile on their faces, but this one sweet soul (I wish I had gotten her name, but she had blonde hair) helped me get a box of change to my car!
