The experience was amazing the person that took care on us was waiting at the door and was very knowledgeable took care of my sons phone in 3 minutes or less I also upgraded to the iPhone 15 pro max . I love it.

Incredible staff! I went in for an upgrade today and was assisted by Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable on plans, phones, and accessories. He made sure everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone. He even helped me get the bluetooth in my car to sync with my new phone! Hands down best customer service I've received in a long time.

Today, I visited the store to purchase the new iPhone 15 pm. Unfortunately, the assistant who helped us was unresponsive and provided unclear information. Despite my request for detailed information on color options and storage, he did not provide the necessary information clearly and accurately, leading me to feel disappointed despite ordering the phone.This experience stands in contrast to my previous positive interactions with AT&T representatives. Such a bad day!!!

Incredibly rude individuals that work in this AT&T store. I called to ask a simple question about upgrading my phone. They were rude over the phone and failed to answer the question. I decided to go in the store to ask the question face to face in hopes of better communication. I was instead just greeted with attitude and eye rolling by 2 employees. They still never answered my question. I am switching to Verizon after this experience.

Someone opened a new phone under my name at a Florida AT&T store and transferred my number to a different phone. My phone suddenly stopped working. When I called customer service, they told me to go to the store. At the store, they acted like they couldn't do anything and said they can't even pretend to help. As a customer who got hacked, I went to the store, and they're saying they can't do anything at all? Isn't it their responsibility to at least pretend to help? They didn't even bother looking, it's the worst.

Very unhelpful and no help regarding account theft. You will get the same kind of treatment when you need help the most. Try them if you want to waste of your time and money.

Me and my fiancé just left the store and the girl with 1998 and Scorpio necklace was on her personal phone the whole time ignoring us had an AirPod in her ear so she couldn’t hear us and ignored us the whole time! Worst customer service experience ever I am so disappointed!

If you need anything AT&T, tired of dealing with arrogant clueless reps, see Lakayla in Statesboro. Most in depth help with some complex problems I have had over the years. And she is a real down to earth person as well.

The store was was so well organized and we were greeted as soon as as we walked in. Sierra was so great with helping me set up an account. She let me know the deals and worked out what was best for me. Definitely made being a new member worth it!

Ongoing problems with billing from the beginning of the contract almost 2 years ago. Did not receive credits offered for buying their products and false advertisements on the website. Company does not clearly state that the upgrade you are offered for your old phone, to get it, your old phone must be in new/pristine condition. My phone is in excellent condition, and they still refused it. I was told my trade-in was not a good phone yet when I bought the phone, I was told how great it was for the money. A product they told me to buy from them and how great it worked,"Liquid Glass" and now I am now being told by an employee the product was the worst for my phone. Live and learn. ATT stinks.
