I thought my charger port was broken, but it turns out it only needed to be cleaned. While we were waiting, we watched and listened while Blaine helped five or six other customers. With every transaction, he was polite, patient, and the upmost professional. It is obvious that he is well-versed on many types of phones, the different repairs they may need, and how to navigate the insurance plans. This employee is definitely an asset to your company. Blaine deserves a raise, a promotion, or both! We will return for all our tech needs!!

I had dropped my iPhone 11Pro, and the colors all went pale like you were looking through a dirty pane of glass. Very hard to see anything, and especially to read. After my screen was as replaced, everything is again sharp, clear and colorful. Much, much less expensive than a new phone! Great job! Took about an hour to repair.
