Called multiple times when they first opened (8am) to make an appointment for a simple oil change and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone I called Loganville Ford and within 5 seconds someone answered the phone and was happy to answer all my questions and concerns. Very unprofessional. It does not matter if the dealership just opened you came to work so the phone for multiple customers, walk-ins etc should be your top priority...do better.

Just went in to get our oil changed on our new truck. They said it's going to be a two hour wait, there are two cars in front of you. That's ridiculous.

Tl;dr: This place charges absurd prices. You will overpay by a ton. Don't go here. First, credit where credit is due. The person running the front desk was very nice. I liked him. It's way too bad that the prices here are so unbelievably stupid. I didn't walk out the moment that I found out the oil change would be priced $69. Sadly, my schedule is too tight to do that. I drive a compact that takes conventional oil. I should never pay anywhere near $69 for a change. During my visit, the technician informed me that I am due for my 45,000 mile routine maintenance. I instinctively declined, and this was the one good decision that I made during the day. I agreed to hear the prices for the recommended maintenance, and I'm very thankful I didn't go through with anything. Look at the list of prices that I was given. The air filter and the cabin filter are both ~$15 parts that are very easy to change by yourself. A tire rotation isn't necessarily easy to do without a lift, but $73? Really? Who charges these outrageous prices? Apparently, these shysters do. After dealing with their sales-BS, they finally got to my oil change. In spite of not having a particularly busy shop, the entire process took over 30 minutes. This would not happen at a place like Express that doesn't try to reach their hand into your pocket for more money. When it was time to pay, the price auto-magically became $60, but this is still unacceptably high. To add insult to injury, these idiots didn't top off my wiper fluid. This is a very standard part of any oil change, especially one that is priced over 50% higher than an actual fair market rate. Go find a shop that prices things fairly. Some Quick Lanes actually charge market prices for the work done. This place, in contrast, has a business model designed to prey on the uninformed and/or those with a time crunch. I shouldn't have given this Quick Lane a dime of my money, and I suggest that you don't either.

Don't come here. The prices here are absurd. ~$70 for a basic oil change? ~$70 for a tire rotation? Are you kidding me? You're not kidding me? You're hoping a lot of people who don't know about cars pay you these prices? Okay. Please do your research and shop around. Don't pay more at a place like this. I typically don't write Google reviews, but this place asks for you to leave a review on Google. If they really want my honest opinion, they're going to get it.

Andy at Quick Lane is an amazing person work with! I brought my new car here for a tire rotation, plug/patch a tire, and tire leveling and he and his crew were more than accommodating. They quoted me about an hour and forty-five minute turn around - they had it done in 30ish. For an early Saturday morning and how busy this place gets, that's an amazing turn-around. Not only that, but for similar services at a branded tire shop, it costs less for the same, and honestly better, service at Quick Lane. Bringing it here is a no-brainer and I will continue to do so. Quick, reliable, honest, professional, and respectful - all the things you look for in a mechanic can be found here. This is a place where if they charged a premium for their service, I'd gladly pay it because the quality is just that much better.
