Bought my car here.. asked Bobbie lots of questions about the car being up to date on services. She said everything gets taken care of before it’s put on the lot. LIES.... 2 days after I got the car it was shaking going over 60 on the highway and everytime I crank it it sounded like water under the hood. I took it up there and Lenny said it may need a alignment.. Never Again will I buy a car here.

I purchased a VW Jetta from here December 2016. I'm happy to say I still have my car with very little issues. I know everyone experience is different but for me they were really great!

Unfortunately my experience was not as good as I would have liked it.... I went in to buy a car talked to Lenny and explained to him that I had a certain amount down and no pick up payments. Came back and cool. After my downpayment was paid, paperwork in hand they said oh we forgot about the car taxes and we need additional??? If you you are in business to sell cars how could you forget that?? After all of that drama.... Almost a month later I went to make my car payment and the lender had no information for me, come to find out there was additional information needed that I was not aware of. The communication with this company is not good. How do you leave a dealership with paperwork etc and they didn’t know the lender (whom you work with) needed extra information?? Seems they would have known. So I requested the information from the bank it took longer than anyone expected. But I don’t control the bank. They are requesting the car back, and I’m ok with that. What I can’t understand is all I asked for was something in writing that says upon the returning the car in the same condition that it was given, that I will receive my deposit ..... They don’t want to do that and I’ve asked several times. Not good business! If you can avoid this company please do!!! If I had of seen the reviews before going there, I would not have purchased. Some of them may be good people but how the run their business is horrible.

Absolutely the WORST! Do not purchase a car from this dealer. The did the loan paperwork wrong then wanted additional information. 30 days later and still no tags. The car I bought needed mechanical work and they would not stand behind it. I'm considering legal action against them. STAY AWAY!

I would like to express what the owner At IDA auto sales did to my son. My son worked for him for a short time. He refused to pay him alll of his hours. Who would want to do business with an establishment that would take advantage of anyone. My son and I tried speaking with him regarding his money the owner had a nasty attitude. I recommend think twice before working with someone like that. Think again before doing business with IDA Auto Sales.

Bought A Car 11/20/2017. Lenny was the best & Mrs.Bobbie!! The entire staff is very straight-forward , nice and answered every questions I had. However when I purchase my car I had a couple of minor repairs needed (light-bulb and tire)! But With No hesitation they got on it!! and replaced my tire today and tomorrow they will be fixing my passenger head-light! There cars are extremely beautiful ! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here! They have gain a life-time customer!

These people are complete liars. My daughter got a car from them and it has been in the shop for over two months. The car first started shifting gears like a 5 speed when its an automatic. When she would park the car over night it wouldn't start the next day. She has only driven her orginal car probably twice in the weeks since she's had it. Every loaner car they have given her has broken down and left her stranded on the side of the road. Now they are trying to force her to take a car that has been wrecked twice, you struggle to get the key out of the ignition, and something is burning on this vechile when you turn it off.
