I'm very displeased with the service I received tonight. I came in to get a car charger. The security tried to help me find one bug he couldn't really help. No one got me checked in. People came in after me and got assistance before I did. Then I told a lady that someone tried to get me a car charger, but there wasn't any here and asked could she checked in the back. She didn't. I never received service! This is Ludacris. You have to go through all of that to get an accessory?

This location is the Worst VZ store I’ve ever been to. These ppl don’t even want to work and it shows. I got in as soon as the store opened there was about 4 employees in the front they all ran to the back of the store once the customers came in. One employee finally came out like she was annoyed and asked who was next! there was no hello…how can I help you… very poor customer service I ended up leaving and just fixing my phone myself. Whoever manages this location please do a better job at coaching your employees on at least acting like they want to be at work. Customer service skill go a long way. I’ll never go back to this location again this was my second time coming to this location and it’s the same type of poor customer service & ppl skills with these employees.

Today, I’m giving Ben (Sales Representative) five stars for his exceptional customer service. He absolutely went above and beyond to assist me with a technical issue that had been ongoing. He is extremely intelligent and patient. I definitely would recommend this location. Representatives such as Ben are the reason why I continue to do business with Verizon.

DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FOR PICKUP AT THIS LOCATION. They will have it in stock, Verizon customer service will tell you everything is good to go on their end and that I'm just waiting on them to scan a barcode on a phone and put it in a pickup locker. Customer service even proceededs to tell me that I could pick it up at any time because on their end it's saying ready for pickup. But when I get to the store I'm unable to get it till I receive a pickup email?!?! KNOWING THE PHONE IS SITTING ON A SHELF IN THE BACK!!!! What's so hard about scanning the phone my id and the payment method. I will literally go to another store to set it up, just give me the phone. It's either managers being lazy or simply don't know how to do their job. Idec if yall reply to this, yall need to put yourself in the customers shoes. How would u feel if you had three confirmations that your order was ready for pickup only to drive an hour out for them to say u can't pick it up till you receive an email. I want to be with Verizon but it's hard to when you DON'T HAVE YOUR PHONE. I will be canceling orders and go back to my previous carrier all because someone doesn't want to do or know how to do their job. Will be in contact with the district and regional managers about this problem. Corporate isn't going to do anything, u need to speak the the store managers boss-which is what I'll be doing. Wondering if I should take this to court with all the evidence I have-and trust it's alotttttt. But I'm not THAT petty and I'd be crazy to not even consider THAT as an option.

Armin Asady has the worst attitude and does not live the VZW Credo. As a former VZW store manager I expected better. My daughter dropped of a trade in device and was assisted by Armin. After taking the device my daughter was not offered any receipt. She called me and asked should she ask for one and I said yes you should. She went back in and asked Armin is she could have a receipt and was told “you will get an email”. My daughter asked for a receipt because Armin stated she doesn’t know when the email will arrive. Armin then says “ I knew I shouldn’t have done this” and walks away only to return with a receipt. My daughter says thank you and received no response from Armin so she said thanks again to receive no response again. Armin has to remember she is in sales but also service. To the store manager, please coach sales through service to change the people or change the people.

It's funny when you go to warn others about a negative experience but so many others have beat you to the punch. No surprise over the 1.7 star rating. I am volunteering for the city providing Christmas gifts to families who cannot afford them. The ONLY store who had what one family wanted in stock was Smyrna, which was 45 minutes from my location. I paid extra for Express Pickup which allowed me to be able to pickup my order in 2 hours. After 6 hours had passed, I attempted to call the store with no luck. It transferred me to corporate who had me on hold for 30 minutes while they contacted the store. I needed to call first because of how far I had to drive to get these items. They got back on the phone and told me they were able to get in contact with the store and that the store communicated that my order was ready for pickup. When I came into the store two hours after the call with corporate, I went to retrieve my order and it said it wasn't ready, despite the store telling Verizon corporate it was and I was welcome to come pick it up. With a room full of people waiting, I checked in. Someone walked in after me and was approached before I was- even though I had checked in first. When Michaela (a manager) finally came and asked what I needed I explained I checked in and was in a strict time crunch and explained that the order was supposed to be ready, clearly I'm frustrated at this point after all the run around and delays. She laughed and said "Really over some airpods?" The airpods are not for me. It shouldn't matter what I ordered. I paid extra to have it ready quicker. The charity these items are going to have a very strict deadline. Which, I shouldn't have even been in a rush since I Placed the 2 hour express order 12 hours prior to that deadline. Of course it's frustrating when a store is unorganized, not helping people in the order they arrive, and not pulling online orders when they have EXPRESS PICKUP plastered all over their walls. Reading the other reviews, this store should lose their ability to do online order pickups as it seems they are not able to manage them at all. The cherry on top was how rude she was to me. My daughter asked why the lady in the store was so mean screaming at me to calm down when "you weren't even doing anything mommy". she has NEVER said that about any store employee in her almost 7 years of life. THATS how unprofessional and rude this manager was. I would not return to this store as it seems like they are not running efficiently, between the ratio of how many employees working to people waiting and the lack of going in order. If I ever need Verizon items I will definitely stick to my normal store or do shipping only.

I only gave a star to Joy and a star to Janissa, if not for them, this store would get NO STARS if it were possible!!!We all know that this Corporate store has the WORST customer service ever!! If you are ever in this store and you have the time to wait to speak with Janissa or Joy, I promise you, it is ALWAYS WORTH IT!!! no matter when you enter this store you are guaranteed to catch one of these AMAZING women at work and giving you their very best!!! I hope that I spelled Janissa's name correctly, cause she and Joy and so awesome!!! The management team sets such a poor definition for the customer service, especially the manager Chris. He is encouraged me to reset my phone and he assured me that no information would be lost. I had to show him in the black and white that he was not being truthful. This guy has a really nasty attitude at all times, and I will leave it at that. I can not post the things I have heard this man say nor the things I have seen him do. Janissa and Joy are the only reasons why most customers visit this store. When we do not see either of these women, we have to leave to go out of our way to visit a better, kinder store.

the reviews are true they had me wait for 2 hours saying my order will be ready soon then told me after I waited that it's not ready and they don't know when it will be like what y'all wasted my time for nothing and took my. money already df I won't be back here ever they suck

There has been a long wait time every time I've had to visit. You shouldn't have to wait long periods of time for simple things you need done.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I walked in, checked in on my phone and sat down. On the phone, it told me I was the next in line. I see most of the workers are currently with a customer so I sit down. I sat for over an hour, and during that time I got another notification claiming I was the next in line. Not once had an employee spoken to me or any of the others waiting either. Then I see a new worker arrive at the store and starts walking around the floor with a tablet. Then, someone that she obviously knew walked in, and got immediate help, skipping the queue and the 5+ people waiting. I’ve never seen worse customer service and a more unprofessional group running a store. If I could give this place negative stars I would. It’s a problem when the security guard of the store is more helpful and friendly than the actual workers.

If I could leave this store negative stars I would. I came in to get some help with an order, and I checked myself in and was told on the app that I was next in line. I sat for an hour and a half without being helped. I watched the employees begin helping customers who had just walked in while me and several others had been waiting for hours. Everyone working was extremely unprofessional, and one lady in particular seemed to have known one of the workers and was able to skip the whole queue and get immediate help. After that I walked out. As of yesterday I am now a Verizon customer and so far I am happy I made the change. Yesterday my daughter and I went in and were greeted by Deshauna. Before going in to this location I had a very poor phone experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. Deshauna made up for that. She not only very sweet but also knowledge and made the process an enjoyable one!
