I was in the store looking for a product that the products website said was there. They had the brand but not that particular product which sucked. But the employees were super friendly and helpful. The store was well organized and clean. So I can't complain!

Called to see what time this store closed I was told 8pm. I arrived at 7:50 and the door was locked. Two employees just watched me sit at the door. I told them I called and they still wouldn’t let me in to shop.

Just left Sally beauty Sunday 2:00 PM. I thought the store was empty … the guy working sit in the corner behind the register and we didn’t even see him ….we spoke & if he did we didn’t hear him… he looked 14 … He knew little about the store & the prices very dry personality. Definitely not customer service material here.

Says on the door masks appreciated but the girl working in there is wearing hers around her chin? I thought it was the health and beauty industry I’m working in? I guess they want you to protect them but not vice versa. I walked out and did not purchase anything.

If I could give no stars I would. Extremely rude high schooler employees more interested in talking about gossip than doing their actual job and coming around the counter to help a customer.

Horrible. As we all know about about social distancing I approach the store and read to sign stating that we have to do curbside ordering. I am front of the store & take my phone out to dial the number to order my items. The Sally's representative watches me pull my phone out to dial the phone number posted on the window. I then walk back to my car to wait/order ..... the phone is ringing and the Sally's representative is blatantly ignoring the phone call..... IM WATCHING HER LOL... I now walk back up to the window and ask her why no one is answering the phone she cops an attitude *neck roll* and tells me she's doing orders right now she can't get to it....... SALLYS HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE.
