It's been fine up until this last payment I was late on because I had to wait on a new bank card. I was harassed for days and even had someone pop up to my house. Very unprofessional over 74 bucks! Especially when I've never missed a payment.

The process was smooth but when I received my items, I noticed I had a bed port form I didn’t agree on. Which ended up being a whole lot more than I agreed on. I want them to come pick up everything! Highly disappointed

Britney that works there has a terrible attitude. She has no idea what she's doing and when she doesn't know how to answer something or do her job correctly she just goes and hides in the back and leaves you sitting there. They won't give you a delivery time, they just say between 10 and 5 so you have to sit at home all day. We took off work today it's 330. There has been no contact at all. They took my money but they haven't called so I had to call them. They said they called and left a voicemail that was a lie.I've had my phone on me all day. No calls and guess what? I took a day off work and I have no delivery for the product I paid for. Let's see if they even come today. They can't even dial a number correctly so I doubt it.

Waste of time and money. They made me assurances on delivery time and twice tried to move it another day when I mentioned I need it by the day I was promised. After being in contact with them within minutes of them calling or texting me , they call me 5 minute before they close to tell me they haven’t gotten the information yet . They sent it 3 hours ago and haven’t received anything back . They called me 5 minutes before they close because that way there was nothing that could be done and I would have to wait till Monday ( today is Saturday) . I had to ask for a refund and will get that back , but won’t get the time back . If I was told it wasn’t possible I could’ve gone somewhere else or not had expectations. Had to stay home most of Saturday waiting for it to be delivered .Clearly deceptive and manipulative tactics to get you to sign and pay but not having to do what’s promised . Also beware my apartment complex told me they were rude when they called to ask for illegal access to my lease information . All they had to do was send me a release form but she tried to strong talk the person working in my apartment office to just sending private information to a stranger on the phone . Shows you just the kind of technique this places uses as a standard

This has not been a pleasant experience at all. Someone from the store called me about payment and hung up on me during our conversation. It is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
