The people who work at this location are helpful and nice. HOWEVER, I am leaving this review to warn everyone not to use the ATM!!! In November it ate my check and my card. I took pictures of the screen, immediately filed a ticket (this occurred after hours), and I should have been on camera when this occurred. BUT Regions never resolved the issue!!! 2 months later and they haven’t given me my check. They said they have no evidence that it happened. Once they denied my ticket, I tried again and I haven’t heard back in WEEKS. So terrible. This could happen to anyone! Be careful using the atm and keep in mind that regions may not reimburse you when things like this happen.

This branch is the worst everytime I come to this branch the customer service is less than acceptable me being a business owner I pride myself by my customer service. The tellers at the counter are always nice. The bankers at the desk are always rude this is my third time coming to this branch needing to handle business the teller tells me that I have to speak with a banker they have me sitting there like an idiot for over 25 minutes without ever acknowledging I'm there they Dont have a customer in front of them and I notice that both of them are texting on their cell phones. This behavior is not a one off this is the third time I've experienced this. It's not acceptable.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I do wonder if they could use at least one more teller. Perhaps it is hard to find good people? Having only one person to handle both drive-up and in-branch windows when busy may not be enough. Teller did get some help from co-workers eventually. Can you open a branch near Cumberland Mall?. There is a vacant bank building directly behind the mall.

I went into this branch with 0 expectations because of my previous experience from years ago. I went to the Vinings location today and it was a complete turn around. The cash line staff was great and management came out just to greet. Keep this staff!

I had logged on to my online banking and attempted to use Zelle to send a payment to a business that had performed a service for me. Since I had not sent money to this vendor before the bank requested that I call Zell fraud alert to sure that this was a legitimate transaction.After being cut off from their automated service the first time after an extremely long whole time, the person with whom I spoke said that I would have to further verify my identity by going to a local branch. This is after I had already verified my identity through multiple steps, including her sending a text message to my phone which is registered to the account. I told her that this would be difficult because I am traveling and it is Saturday. She said that if I need to send money emergently that I should use another third-party app.I was left with no choice... I was able to find a local branch while driving though when I stopped there, they were closed on Saturdays. I called back and attempted to explain this. After another extremely long, whole time, speaking with another agent, after attempting to explain my predicament, we were cut off, and my only choice would be to call back and go through another lengthy hold time. Customer Service does not have the courtesy to call you back if they get disconnected as many other customer service departments will ask you upfront if we happen to get disconnected. Is this a good number to call you back?So in the end the bank who is in control of many dollars in my account and responsible for my financial transactions is telling me to use another service to pay a debt! The representative could not give me a reason why I would have to take this extra step this time when many other times I have not. She would only say that the system is requiring it. I will be transferring all my money to another financial institution Monday.

Don't do it! We called in advance to make an appointment to open 4 accounts. For some reason, they gave us the woman that did not appear to know how to do any of it. I actually thought to myself "Just push through, the service won't be better anywhere else." My wife asked several questions about the accounts and this woman could not answer any of them. We were often referred to the website or a brochure. "We can change it later" was spoken often. After reaching maximum frustration level, we had to walk out. My wife and I left our current bank looking for better customer service and it clearly was not going to be found here.

This region's location is VERY slow and is understaffed. You will be waiting in line for a teller for 20 minutes and then not be able to complete m said request.

Branch does not always open at 9 am hours are unreliable.Second time I have shown up to the branch at 9:15 and doors locked and employees just getting here.

Tried to cash a check. Was told it wasn't released yet. Told me to call them and that she couldn't. It's your account holder. Why can't you call them? It seemed she didn't want to assist me.

Manager and people on the office don’t even trying to help you. This branch manager is lazy and the worst customer service. I’ve been banking with regions for years but I won’t be coming to this branch.

I came here to open an SEP-IRA account and the person helping me didn’t know how to do it. I was there 30 minutes and it was just him sitting there calling and asking people what to do and saying he doesn’t know how to do it. Please just tell me to go to another location instead of wasting my time.

I went into this Branch a few months ago to close an account due to suspicious activity and to open a new account and I was able to do that with no problems here it is months down the line and this random hold was placed on my account no one can give me any explanations the individuals at this Branch didn't even contact me and tell me anything no emails no notifications I had to wake up and look on my account and find out that way that I didn't have access to any of my money because of a hold that had been put on my account to verify my address they wanted the utility bill or a copy of my lease now I've had this account for months and they didn't bother to notify me about this they just decided to block my account and put this hold on it to where I couldn't have any access to my money and that was just about every penny I had to my name. I had to drive an hour just to get to the closest Branch I sat at that branch for about 4 hours waiting on them to take this block off so I could withdraw my money and close the account still I had never heard anything from anyone from this Branch about any of this I had to find all this out on my own I don't recommend banking with regions at all to anybody...PERIOD!!!!!!!! I HAD TO GET A MANAGER FROM ANOTHER BRANCH TO ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF THIS FOR ME ANOTHER BRANCH THAT I OPENED UP A REGIONS NOW ACCOUNT AT IN CHARLOTTE NORTH CAROLINA TO TAKE CARE OF THIS MATTER FOR ME HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT BUT HE HELPED ME ANYWAY.
