Grooming Salon is embarrassing. Brought my dog in here twice and never again. First time it was an annoyance and thought maybe it was a bad day. Second time I brought my Great Pyrenees in at 9:45 a.m. for a simple bath and brush. Was told it would take 2-3 hours...no problem thanks... 3 hours later I still haven't heard from them so I call....they tell me they had a lot of big dogs brought in that day and it was taking longer than usual....So you overbooked and it's my problem? But ok... no worries. They tell me it will take about another hour.... almost two hours later, nothing. I call again and she tells me it would probably be another hour because he's a big dog.... Well no kidding... his profile tells you he's a 105 lbs Great Pyrenees. I ask what is going on as I scheduled him for 10 a.m. because I had other things to do for work in the afternoon. They call me at 3:15 p.m. when I'm 25 miles away and say he's ready for pickup, and I said "well I'll just have to pick him up in a couple of hours since it took you 6 hours to bathe and brush him. Only then she informs me that last pickup is at 4 p.m.....In 45 minutes when I'm 25 miles away in Atlanta. Truly absurd.I took Murphy to the Petsmart in Midtown for over 4 years and they took great care of him every time and were PUNCTUAL. A bath and brush would take 2 hours... I moved up to Marietta and this place has been a nightmare..... Your poor planning and scheduling should not dictate an emergency on my part. Just all around awful.

PetSmart addressed my needs, and it was taken care of. The customer care representative was professional, provided stellar customer service, and my concerns were solved. Jennifer was terrific. The physical location was equally professional.

Jessica, was fantastic! I had to travel for a couple day, January 6-7, 2024. Jessica gave me reports about my little one which helped me feel much better about leaving Max. She seemed sincerely concerned about my little one. She did find it necessary to give him a bath before I arrived to pick him up. (Max likes to sniff other dogs and probably had interesting smells due to this.) We arrived just before closing to find a happy little man, nice and clean and fluffy and in good spirits. Jessica eased most all my anxieties. She's articulate, professional, has good common sense and extremely pleasant. I won't hesitate to recommend PetSmart Hotel to my friends. (Especially, Jessica). They have loads of options for cats and dogs, dog training classes, on top of grooming and a vet for the animals. I took my daughter just to look at some animals for fun and she enjoyed it, so I am pleased

I left my dog in the doggie hotel for a week while my family traveled out of town. We I returned on Saturday to pick him up. I noticed he had yellow stains on his neck and the people told me he had been peeing outside of the cage and rolling in it. Now I know dogs and one thing that I do know is that no dog is going to roll in their own urine. On top of his testicals having a scare on them and he had lumps on his back.

Being this was my first time, my experience was a bit foggy and confusing. I believe they gave good service to my pet. It was lack of communication that made things confusing. After speaking with a manager, Jessica, she explained everything which made things a lot clearer and offered her assistance if needed. I was relieved and pleased after our conversation.

Petsmart Hotel was absolutely a fantastic experience! I was able to call and check his status after 1 night. A nice young man gave me a great report that my boy was doing just fine!At pickup, it was obvious my boy was ready to go but he wasn't filthy or whining. He was his normal happy self!
