I sent my daughter in for some food items and water. She said the young man in the store was very nice. And knowing her he had to be to get her to laugh. Great customer service. Can't really say much else outside of they had the selection we wanted. I didn't actually go in.

Store is literally never open during business hours due to understaffing. Very frustrating.

The store is dirty & gross & the service is extremely slow. There were 8-10 people in line but only 1 employee was doing their job, the other stood behind the counter fiddling their thumbs. To top it off the people who work here are notoriously rude. You're much better off going to the Dollar General down the street.

Understaffed. Meaning there were no associates to help with anything. Every aisle was blocked by some unpacked box/cart of product. Cashier was clearly unhappy about being at work, but she wasn't necessarily rude, just unprofessional. Prices were reasonable, which offset some of the negatives.

The cashiers are mad Rude .. they pretend to be your friend until a real manager comes around and they start acting like there doing they job . And they smell like weed and it's a girl with a tongue ring her breath stank

I just had the most pleasant experience at the store. Today is 5/11/2021 and I dont know who the young lady is working today. But her kindness has made my year. Thank you for the kind gesture dear.

Why is it that this family dollar is open when it feels like it? No set schedule or reason. Lights on store looks stocked but doors are locked.

Apparently they don't know how to load money on a card and pay the fee on another card. I hate having to keep going down the street to the other Family Dollar who ACTUALLY know how to do such things. They look at me like crazy as if it's a new phenomenon.

I called Theresea about returning my space heater and she said she atleast needed the box and I come out to return it and for HER error of not hearing me “clearly” saying the word space heater she rejected doing a return. Really disappointed.
