In my first experience with Ed Voyles Honda Service, I am extremely disappointed. I made an appointment to bring my car in at 8:30 to have rear-view mirrors fixed per a recall. I arrived on time and was asked to take a seat in the waiting lounge. After an hour, I asked when the car would be ready. Two more hours! The service representative never told me I would be asked to wait 3 hours to have the recall fixed. Then I asked if the car had even been started to work on - no. So I asked for my car to be returned to me for service on another date - and at another location. I find it completely disrespectful to ask patrons to wait 3 hours for service, especially when I made an appointment more than a week in advance. I do not recommend Ed Voyles Honda Service.

I came in for an oil change and was told I needed about 7 other things done. I did the work I knew I needed and deferred the rest to get a 2nd opinion at another mechanic. The other mechanic deemed half of those items did not need repair/replaced and were in good condition (Saved me over $800), and I was told that one of the services Honda charged me for wasn't even done at all, or done improperly. I showed the test results proving that to the manager, and he still argued with me about getting a refund. He went and found the person who worked on my car and came back and said I was right, it was never even done at all. It was also about half the price at the other place.

I would not advise bringing your car here to be serviced. Even with a scheduled appointment it takes 6 hours just to patch a tire. they do not update you and have poor communication skills. I scheduled an oil appointment and when it was time to check out they didn't even do the oil change....... wasted my entire day just to find out they never did an oil change. this place is a scam. dont fall for it....... Complete disappointment....

SERVICE DEPARTMENT is RUN TERRIBLY! I've been coming here for over a decade to get my car serviced. We have bought 4 cars from Ed Voyles. This week we received the worst service I've ever experienced. I dropped my car off for a recall and was told it would be done in the afternoon. By 5pm I had never gotten a phone call from my service advisor (Shannon) nor the manager (Ed Price). Messages had been left for both of them. I was told by the kind tech answering the phone (Matthew) that I wouldn't get my car until the next day. My husband was going out of town and I had to find a way to get my kids to school. 24+ hours after dropping my car off and I still had not gotten one phone call from Shannon or Ed Price. The lack of respect for my time and the need for my car was infuriating. I ended up leaving 2 more messages for Ed Price. How that man is a manager I'll never know. At one point I called to speak to him and asked the phone operator to please find him. She said "he's at lunch" Everyone needs to eat, I get it. But Ed Price needs to realize in his world of customer service the way he handled my situation was awful. I have my car back thanks to Matthew. I told him he should have Ed Prices job since he still hasn't returned any of my 3 messages. It's sad when the people working for Ed Price are apologizing for his lack of good work ethic.

I purchased a new Honda CRV 2022 last year and had a wonderful experience with the salesperson Cody and finance department. Unfortunately the service department our experience was not so great. First I scheduled an appointment online for 4:45 pm on Friday. I called ahead when I was 5 minutes away for them to tell me that they don't take appointments after 3:45 and they don't know how to fix their website that allows you to make appointments later. I rescheduled for today at 3:45 and we didn't leave till 5:50. For an oil change that is a long time to wait especially because we made an appointment. After we paid we were told the car was going through the car wash, 20 minutes go by and nothing so I had them call the back. My car comes up not washed, which is not the issue it was the fact we were waiting for an additional 20 minutes for someone to drive the car up to the front. Very disappointed in the miscommunication from the service time and the exceptional long wait time. Very unfortunate and poor service experience.

Friendly staff. However, working with the service consultant (Marvin) , he recommended I also get a rear differential fluid change along with the additional service that I asked for on a Honda Accord. I agreed to that. But after I paid for the service, I noticed that I was charged for a fuel induction system flush. I was not told this nor did I ask for this to be done.After calling multiple times over the following two days I talked to the service manager Ed. He stated that the Accord doesn't have a differential and the service consultant should not have recommended it. As for the fuel induction flush, he stated that he would provide a partial refund and inquire about if this was done on the vehicle with a follow up.It has been almost 5 days and I have yet to get a response or a refund for this job. I have tried calling multiple times throughout multiple days to both the consultant and the management and they will not respond. Other consultants answer the call but state that the managers are "in a meeting" or the consultant that I was working with isn't at their desk. I have tried emailing them, leaving voicemails. There is no way they do not have the time to provide a response or a refund on something they shouldn't have charged. I ended up having to go back to the dealership after multiple attempts over the phone and email, and was able to get the money back for the work that was not done to the vehicle.Go elsewhere for your service and save yourself the trouble.This experience has left me distrusting the service center for the future.Services: Transmission

The two head mangers I sat with today were SUPER helpful and very understanding on a situation that an older man did not explain and did not even care. As a woman I do not know much about vehicles and but the two gentleman broke everything down for me. For that I will always appreciate you both.

Arrived for scheduled recall service which clearly specified I would wait for vehicle. I was told I would need to leave vehicle overnight as they were too busy to perform agreed work. Apparently concept of appointment is list on service department.

How many negative reviews does improvement require??? Appointment at 11:30 am for oil change and tire rotation; was told I have a recall issue but come back tomorrow earler in the day fir that. . Left the car.. went to lunch...back at 2:30. Now 4:00 still waiting and was told that the on my car didn't start til 2:30. Customer waiting area full of people who are apparently used to this level of service 'cause no one seems perturbed like me. Left there at 5:30. Never again. UPDATE: Responded to dealership survey and haven't heard from them...they don't care.

Good, friendly service. Had an issue that my regular mechanic was struggling to diagnose. Took it directly to the dealer at that point and was good to go by the end of the day.

I’ve been going here to get my car serviced for the past 8 years and never had an issue until a few weekends ago. I dropped my car off at 9 am (at my appointment time) and never heard from Honda again. I called around 5:30 pm up to 6 when they close to get a status on my car and I get absolutely nothing. So you can set me a Lyft to come home but can’t give a status update on my car before you close? Now I’m here with no car for the night. To top it off, they lied and said they have tried to call and text me - no voicemail but then finally get a text the next morning after I had a service rep from the sales department write a note to leave to the manager (so nice of him to do that). This will be my last time working with Honda. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and now leaving a customer with no car. I’ve never experienced this here before and I never will. I ended up with no car for 4/5 days. So long from a loyal customer.

I was going to write an even longer negative review but I see many others have already done so. My AC was blowing cold only half of the time it was on. We took it to the dealership for a diagnostic and repair. Dealer returned the car to me the same day, with a charge of $800 to replace 2 O ring seals and recharge the system. I was stunned at the cost. Within 5 minutes after I left the dealership, AC wasn't working at all. I immediately returned to the dealership. The next day, they decided now I needed a new compressor after initially taking the old one out and determining it was fine.My expectation was to pay for new compressor and no additional charges. After taking 4 days to repair my car, the service consulting says to the dealership is going to take care of me since they misdiagnosed the car and gave to me as though it was repaired and I had to return.Getting the vehicle the second time, they still charge me for some labor, they charge me to refill the freon even though was charged the first time. The total bill was nearly $1600.00, I was without my car 5 days and the dealership didn't offer me a vehicle to drive.You should avoid Ed Voyles.

Went in for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They forgot to put my splash plate on correctly. It soon fell off and got damaged. They then wanted me to pay for their mistake. They used to be a good place to go for Honda service. Guess they got new management since they are trying to swindle customers like they did to me. Would be very careful about getting any service done here in the future.
