We had an appointment for passports. Arrived early and waited for the lady to come to the front desk to help us. She was 5 minutes late coming to the front desk area. She told us we needed to hurry and fill out the paperwork because we were already 5 minutes into the appointment but she was the one we were waiting for. Do not use this location for passports. Incredibly lazy and rude people work here.

I've been a customer of this post office for over a decade, but that apparently doesn't matter when I need help trying to get a package on time. They lose packages all the time and they're constantly sending my stuff to Senoia. Just all around a terrible post office.

Well first off their customer service over the phone sucks. Second thing is they keep losing my mail constantly this isn’t the first nor second time they lost my mail. I sent a check out and it’s been 3 weeks since I sent it out this check and the other people have not yet received the check. Not very reliable at all and not very professional.

The Post Office in Sharpsburg, GA is extremely unprofessional with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had a passport appointment and when we arrived they told me that I was not on the schedule which was a mistake and they told us that we had to reschedule an appointment although the post office was empty. I will never do business with this post office again. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! BOTH FEMALE CLERKS HAD SASSY ATTITUDES! NEVER AGAIN!

On March 17th 2023 I went to the Sharpsburg post office to mail some documents internationally by using tracking for the envelope. I stood in line and as soon I got to the window the employee suggested me what envelope to buy. I bought the envelope and proceeded to add my documents in the envelope that I bought and starting to close the envelope. The employee stated that I need to purchase a standard grade water activated reinforced packing tape.I asked if she provided the tape or does the USPS sells it! She proceeded to tell me to go to Staples to purchase it because they do not sell it or provide it. I went to Staples and found a stronger reinforced packing tape which I purchased it and returned to the post office. I got back in line and saw the same employee who told me to go to Staples. I started using the tape I purchased and she told me that it is the wrong tape and the post office will not ship my envelope. I got real frustrated and angry with her. Another female employee overheard our conversation and got me a piece of the tape I needed to purchase. The 2 employees not only lied to me, but send me to a goose chase all over Fayetteville County in Peachtree City to find that specific tape that their USPS policy states. That post office and those 2 employees had the tape in hand, but failed to help this customer to expedited my shipping needs. I asked them why they did not sell the tape in rolls? They sell envelope,boxes,stamps,etc, but not tape.One of them told me I had a hostile attitude!I told her I was frustrated and angry at their customer service!I took my business to Newnan post office and they helped me with my shipping need and they had that tape!If I could give one more less star I would!Unprofessional customer service for Sharpsburg Post Office!Never doing business with them except receive my mail home due to my Sharpsburg address!

Scheduled a passport appointment got confirmation even called prior to going and when we got there the ladies at the front tell me that there is no appointment under my name with attitude. Telling us that I should have hit submit at the end of the screen. We went back to confirm and sure enough no submit button. Terrible post office.

Is this… what a USPS office can be?? Very well kept, clean, well lit, and friendly and expeditious service.Applied for a passport here after a horrible experience at the Peachtree City location and was pleasantly surprised. Was in and out in a few minutes.Linda is awesome!

Would give the service no stars to match the no customer service if possible. Put my mail on hold while on vacation but the mail never started back and was unable to speak to a human at my post office so I had to drive 30 minutes TO THE POST OFFICE JUST to ask to have my mail restarted. Just ridiculous. Can’t wait till they go under. No need for them anymore.
