“Came to Home Depot this morning with my mom to return a safe that was delivered to our house damaged, sadly. When we arrived, my mom asked a young man named Lucas to help us move the safe from our trunk to a cart. Lucas was very helpful in getting the heavy safe onto the cart and did it with a smile on his face. He was VERY polite and respectful. When we walked in the store, we were helped by Niki and Tiffany at the customer service desk who also were such a big help and made the whole process of returning the safe so easy. Thank you to Lucas, Niki and Tiffany for such great customer service!”
“I placed the order for my washer and dryer and then decided to place the order for a dining room set also. This was all Memorial Day weekend which was awesome because they offered some GREAT deals. I would give 5 stars, but I have used this particular Aaron’s before and they ALWAYS send just 1 person out to deliver my appliances KNOWING there is a flight of stairs. I work an 8-5 and the last thing I want to feel is guilty for after a long day of work is not helping the company with the delivery when they know it is a TWO person job. Last time my walls got scuffed up and that’s was with me helping the ONE guy. If these guys are having to unload and carry appliances up a flight of stairs ALONE they need to get a raise. Me being the type of person I am… I felt so bad for the guy doing this all ALONE that I helped with the delivery I PAID FOR because this man could not do it alone even after I worked ALL day. To add to everything which should make this review lose a star, but I’m generous, the dining room set I ordered won’t be delivered until tomorrow because THE DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO PUT IT TOGETHER. My thoughts are if the item is AT your store you should have an associate put it together and prepare for delivery. I’m now going to have to miss more time at my job to probably help unload and put together an item I PAID FOR DELIVERY FOR. This Aaron’s location has gained some very nice employees, but the communication needs some work for the delivery process.”
“It's late it's 945 and we have had so far two employees who went out of their way to help us . You know after a days work and you're getting ready for the next day, you're tired and you want to go home; well that was us and we didn't even ask for their help, they just offered it. We were going to skip the Windex when we realized we went to far past it. Anthony said don't worry about it. I'll go get it and he sure did.. As my husband was loading the back of the truck, Joey came out and said, let me help you with that, and he helped my husband load the back of the truck. We are from California and we are doing some remodels out here, and are absolutely humbled and overjoyed by the service we received by these two individuals.”

“They are always quick to fill our tank. We've been customers since 2018, never had an issue. When we need our tank filled I go on line and put the percentage we have and within only a few days or less, we get our delivery. No issues at all.”
