I love these people. The lady at the desk was SO kind and helped us with all she could. She gave me and my family water and directions to the bathroom and got us a pallet cart and appliance dollie. Over all a GREAT experience 1000/10

Love how clean this place is. Love the variety unit sizes. Easy in/out locations of units. HOWEVER... not very convenient to have a closed/open time limit to visiting my own stuff. I wish you could get in no matter what time you want to and leave anytime, without the fear of being locked in. As long as there are hidden cameras everywhere to see if anyone is doing anything mischievous, there shouldn't be a time limit. But, I love the place.

Brickhouse Storage has very reasonable prices. The units and property are very clean and tidy. I was also very impressed with the customer service the manager Ms. Gwen provided. She was very friendly and informative. Brickhouse Self Storage is highly recommended!

The manager is a great lady. And the place is great. Just be aware your price is good for about a year they WILL go up every year no matter if your a staying customer. Call and talk to them and you can get a little lower but not back where you started. Other then that great place, price going up is out of mangers hands.
