I love pottery barn furniture and designs. The issue is their lack of customer service. I made an appointment with a female associate to take measurements and photos of my home then come up with a plan for furniture to order. I waited for almost 2 months. I ended up going with another business and I’m glad I did.

I absolutely love Pottery Barn and their furniture/other stuff. Unfortunately this location doesn’t have the best service. I was able to find a really nice comforter and Nite stand however the staff was not inviting so I ended up leaving. Guess I’ll just try to order the items online.
