I was in the store for the first time.. the first man I spoke to did mention the sales but then didn't lead me to where they were located. However the second gentle man I spoke to was very helpful and went as far as to give me suggestions. The prices of this store for the selection are... HIGH. It's not somewhere I would go esp if I had a lower budget. I might go for the homemade beef jerky chews or organic raw hides.. other wise, I'll stick with PetCo /PetSmart where I was offered a training class and had the most selection of food.. treats.. shampoos .. etc.

Very poor customer service. Enter at your own risk. Cashier was very rude, raised his voice, and really did not know what he was doing.

I have always enjoyed visiting Hollywood Feed. However, during my recent visit to this particular location, I found the manager and staff preoccupied with their phones, displaying rudeness, and failing to assist me in locating my dog's food. Eventually, I had to find the items on my own, which was disheartening. It is regrettable because I have a genuine appreciation for Hollywood Feed and their quality dog food and treats.

Jon was very welcoming and immediately asked how he could be helpful. He also offered guidance on selecting a product for one of my dog's health issues. He graciously offered to carry my purchases to the car, which I really appreciated too!
