“I was told it would take one to two days to fix the cracked screen on my cell phone. I was rather surprised when I go a message three hours after dropping it off that I could come and pick it up. Is that service or what?”
“I have used Peachtree Computers in the past and I have always had such a good experience! First off, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are a one stop shop for computer purchase, repair and RECYCLING. Been doing an electronic purge but had lost track of which desktops/laptops/pads had been scrubbed of personal information. Peachtree check and erased any info and did a back up of all the information to an external drive (which I bought through them at a very competitive price). I'm not putting my second load together. Then I plan to have them optimize and help me organize what remains. FIVE STARS, absolutely.”

The personalized attention we received was incredible. They worked with us, our graphic artist, and our bank through an iterative process to get checks which are visually pleasing and work with our bank's rules. We couldn't be happier. “Picked up my new laptop from here. I did my research and found they had the laptop I wanted in stock. The salesman tried to sell me on their insurance plan, but I find those to be a scam after working at Sears some years back. Loss of a star due to pressure to sell the plan more than a few times. Good place to get electronics; just do your research first.”

“A friend recently asked me to help him pick out a new desktop PC. For over 25 years I have purchased PCs from GIM for my business and personal use. Naturally, I returned to GIM to specify my friend's new PC. GIM is always very helpful with specifying the best components for the needs of the user. They don't do a one fits all solution. They are excellent with customer service and took the time to help me choose the right combination for long-term use. My friend is super happy with the system they built. I can't imagine ever buying a new PC and getting one serviced anyplace else but GIM.”

Also if I need my computer issues addressed, I always call Julie, who is very humble, and very professional, and she does what she says she will do. She doesn't overcomplicate things, but it's professional and completes the work in a timely manner. Give them a call, or visit the store, I'm sure they can help you out with your technical issues.”
“Go to Delta Computers if you want excellent service on every level. I moved an hour away and still drive to Doraville to purchase equipment and procur service, maintenance and/or problem solving, on my computer. Knowing how technologically challenged I am they took the time to connect my new,second monitor to give me a training of how to use it most efficiently (just as they have with the other 10 items I have purchased from them over the years). I misinformed Jalal about my connections and came home with the wrong cable, MY FAULT NOT HIS. I took the trip again the very next day because I knew he would make it right and he did that and more. There are plenty of computer stores near me but I know I will get great equipment, excellent computer service when I need it, and professional, friendly, and patient attention; I wouldn't take a chance with anyone else, been there done that. Zapher, Jalal, and Nick are thorough and timely in their attention on behalf of their customers. If you want a computer store you can count on for all of your computer needs at a fair and reasonable price you want to go to Delta Computers!”

“A friend and I ventured out to Avalon, and decided to window shop at this Apple Store. The environment, although busy, was very inviting. The conversations I found myself overhearing between the representatives and customers were very engaging and natural. “I had a crazy problem with my phone where I could not update my iOS for months. I finally came to fix it because I could no longer use my watch. The Genius Bar staff even said they have never seen an issue like this before. It took over 2 hours to do the backup (100GB on my phone ?), several diagnostics, and update. Mahee was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process, and even stayed past his shift ending to help me. This whole situation was awful, but the team, especially Mahee, made it bearable and helped me reach a resolution. Thank you guys so much.”
“Office Depot, your customers love you. I have been a customer for many years. 90% of my office supplies were purchased at Office Depot. I've recently promoted your services to my new employer. Products that I've punched through you, I demonstrated at work in attempt to show my Employer how well your products are able to meet our needs. Now what do we do if you decide to close the store location that I frequent? If it were not for the fact that I am still unpacking from a recent move, I would upload photos of most of my Office Depot products. I am not allowed to take photos at work.
