I am very disappointed in how our decal turned out. We dropped my husbands truck off at 7 am went to pick it up at 7pm and they had to take a decal off that was put on crooked. So the owner then put another decal across the back glass which was also crooked and was at 8:30 pm. I then noticed above the back window beside the light that where they had put the painters tape on had actually ripped off the truck paint. The owner never once mentioned it so we was waiting to see if he was going to tell us and he never did. So he asked me are you happy and i sad well i love the design of the decal and its crooked and i said i seen where yall pulled paint off the truck. He said oh i can fix the bottom of the decal and you can take it to dougs body shop to have it fixed. He never said he would take care of and has yet to reach back out to us. So we literally gave them $100 to put on a crooked decal and rip the paint off the truck. So now were having to pay another company $100 to fix it.

It’s been ab a month and a half after telling me they’d be done in maybe a week, I ordered shirts, a pair of shorts and a hat.... they sold the hat, then never made me another! Even though I was told they would! I’ve been in 4 times! Even sent someone else just today... The shirts nor the shorts were apparently NEVER even thought about again after I ordered! If you want to use them, be prepared to WAIT probably 6 months after whatever sport season is OVER to get any of your merchandise! Unless maybe your a team ordering in bulk... that’s a maybe....

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A PAIR OF GRAY GIRLS SOFTBALL PANTS FOR WEEKS WITH NO LUCK. I WAS REFERRED TO THIS STORE AND IT WAS AWESOME TO BE TREATED SO WELL. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKED THE ENTIRE STORE OVER UNTIL ONE OF THE LADIES LOCATED THE "ONE" PAIR THAT WE NEEDED. I COULD HAVE HUGGED HER I WAS SO HAPPY. SO THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE I WILL BE BACK TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR STORE AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE ABOUT YOU I GIVE YOUR STORE 5 STARS WOULD GIVE 6 IF POSSIBLE.
