Like the other reviews, I also experienced a young male employee coming up to my window and banging on it to yell at me. Of course, I didn't roll it down but continued into the car wash away from him. Not too sure I want to keep my membership somewhere that employs someone that makes multiple customers feel unsafe.

This is the only place in roswell that I will go for a car wash. Michael and the staff are super friendly and they have convenient hours. Prices are also fair, I usually just get the basic wash and it does the trick!

Rude Staff! Pulling in to wash and stopped based on staff instructions. Moved up a couple more inches and “Michael” slammed on my window to make me stop. I was barely moving. When I rolled down my window to ask Michael why he would slam my window, he was nasty and just said “because you were moving” … I told him no need to slam the window and he continued to be aggressive… not cool… won’t be back.

I'm SW hurricane evacuation victim from Sarasota FL. It took me 18 hours to get here. My car got very dirty. When I mentioned this to attendant, he gave me a free $20 carwash! I was shocked. Thank you so much. Great company.

I hate leaving 1 star, this place is actually great for what it is. For 17 dollars a month you can wash and clean out your car 7 times. Which is great! But the service is HORRIBLE. Particularly two employees. One is an young black girl with short dreads. This young lady is extremely rude, has manners, and genuinely seems angry. I asked her a question 2 and she refused to answer me. When I asked " excuse me, did you hear me? She literally walked away!!. Then there's the young black guy with long dreads. Again RUDE. No manners. He was yelling at me and I couldn't hear his m because my windows were up. He comes to my car bangs on my window ( not knock) banged on it, and said " turn your tire, dang it ain't that hard." All that being said. It's a nice place with a nice concept, but never again am I going back

Are you looking for a car wash with unpredictable hours and random closures which you can waste your time driving to and from? Vacuums that may or may not work? Underpaid and overworked staff who can't keep up with the volume of customers nor the endless amount of towels to clean and equipment to fix? A monthly charge on your credit card that isn't ever credited even though you are faced with this nonsense which prohibits you from using the service you're paying for? Boy do I have the Take 5 Car Wash for you! Come on in during our open hours from who knows to maybe later.
