This store is the one place you MUST go to if you are remodeling!!! Don’t waste your time anywhere else! The selection of tiles and flooring is so expansive! They have great prices on really nice vanities. They have some lighting and faucets. But their number one chief asset is their employees. All of them are so helpful!! I couldn’t have created my dream bathrooms without Harold’s design advice!!! He was like my personal designer, but for free as the store offers this service free. This is my 2nd bathroom remodel, and he has helped me with both! Ask for him, and he can help from the biggest decisions done to the smallest!! Rita was wonderful on helping with returns at the end of my project, which was no easy feat, as I bought different tiles over months trying to make my decisions! Lorenzo was all around helpful! And so many more that I unfortunately don’t remember by name, helping with the heavy tiles - loading and later unloading my car. The store and all its employees are beyond fabulous!!!

Stopped by this Floor & Decor after visiting 2 other locations where absolutely no one offered to assist me.
This location is absolutely amazing! A nice gentleman connected me with someone in the correct department.
Kalen was phenomenal. Impeccable customer service. I was fairly confused about what I exactly needed when I walked in and felt extremely accomplished as I was walking out.
Kalen not only helped me pick the right products, but he also explained all the options in details and helped me pick out the correct color.
Thank you again Kalen! I will definitely continue to drive to this location just to see him!

Other F&D stores in metro Atlanta process returns immediately. This store takes 5-7 days. It would just be inconvenient if all of them took long. The additional delay at only one store ends up feeling shady.

Shopping at Floor and Decor is always a pleasure and their selection and prices are great. There was a glitch with finding a product during my last visit, but everyone right down to the person who brought the tile to my car was extremely patient, friendly, and professional (even though I was tired and hungry and not the friendliest myself). Nice job!
