I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Zercher and I couldn't be more impressed with his dedication and expertise. He spent considerable time rectifying negligence errors left by a previous agent, demonstrating a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did he address these issues efficiently, but he also managed to secure a good rate for my car insurance. I highly recommend Christopher for his outstanding service and the effort he put into ensuring his clients' needs are met.

Not professional at all. I have spoke with him and he was just very short a rude. I was going to give them my business but if this is how their office treat potential customers then it's very telling of how they must treat their actual customers. Look elsewhere, I took my business to Geico.

I would give 0 stars if possible and this is the second review I have left on google (which means I do not review a lot). His practices are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. He has hung up on me and others and is non-existent when it comes to finding out any information. He never was straight forward and put us in an insurance mess. We finally have a good agent which makes me sleep better at night. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this guy! His practices are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. He has hung up on me and others and is non-existent when it comes to finding out any information. He never was straight forward and put us in an insurance mess.

Rude and dishonest regarding policies he enrolled me and my company in when I only asked for Workmans Comp. Then cussed my kids.

I have had a terrible experience with this agent. I cancelled my insurance at the beginning of the year and gave them the required documentation needed to do so. They did not process my cancellation and withdrew premiums from my checking account anyway. (Several weeks after I cancelled my policies) I have emailed and called Chris numerous times without response. I have stopped by his office several times and found that his office is locked and no one is ever there. I have contacted the corporate office to file a complaint. His customer service skills and promptness are very lacking to say the least. Stay away from this agent..He does not even deserve one star..

Chris and his staff are a wealth of knowledge, Chris has decades of insurance experience! They specialize in commercial insurance, and are able to help out with all personal lines as well. I look forward to building a long term relationship with their agency!
