I started with Benchmark the day after my knee replacement. 11 weeks later I can do most of the things I could not do without pain prior to surgery. The therapists at BenchMark did a wonderful job with me.

I’ve just completed a course of therapy at Benchmark Physical Therapy with wonderful results. I was able to meet my goals because of the excellent care and attention I received from the staff. It was a very pleasant experience because the atmosphere is a positive, happy place rather than a somber one. It did not feel like the therapy was a chore but an opportunity to improve. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend BenchMark Therapy because I know you will be pleased and satisfied.

I can not recommend Yvonne enough. She was so helpful with my recovery from a back injury. She assessed me and help every step of the way to my being released. The staff at the office were always pleasant and supportive. If you ever need PT, I highly recommend going to this location.

Horrible place I wouldn't recommend,Im currently going there because I injured myself on my job.I can tell the adjuster Rebecca C.The physical therapist and Dr.Silcox are working together.I asked Benchmark for paperwork of my visits and the results.Laurie who work at the front desk and Yvonne refused to give me my information.They lied and said they don't do that,I would have to get it from medical records.I asked them for my access number to get access to my information.They refused to do that as well this place sucks.Also they spend very small time with you and barely do anything to assist you.

From the moment you walk in you know you are in good hands.
Laurie and Emily handle appointments and are a delight. Emily assists in the therapy and has a knack for making your efforts fun and challenging. Laurie keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure every one is taken care of. The therapists at Benchmark are well versed in multiple treatments and very friendly. While doing the treatment exercises they are encouraging and really caring and make the exercises interesting and almost fun. I have improved greatly from their therapies. The head therapist and manager, Yvonne is wonderful to work with. She is very caring and sets the standards for all the others who are excellent. I highly recommend this location

My injury was so severe I could not use my left arm. Even after a very cautious warning about the effectiveness of the surgery, my shoulder is almost back to mormal.

Yvonne is the consummate professional, but owns a delightful sense of humor. She's able to zone in on my issues and effortlessly makes them go away. She exudes compassion and empathy. Totally comfy with her. For these reasons I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or Benchmark to family or friends. The entire staff makes Benchmark a very pleasant enterprise.

Great service, Yvonne (one of the therapist) is amazing!! She's extremely through. She's also very experienced and educated on the human body and fitness. She understands movement and range of motion, and she works with your body to improve them both. She's amazing, naturally nurturing, and genuine cares for her patients. I'd would gladly recommend her and Benchmark, any day!!

I've been to physical therapy on and off for about 10 years. Since my cervical spine was injured during a car accident, there was little that can be done to relieve pain other than trigger point injections, epidurals, and narcotics (which I refuse)! The numerous PTs that I saw in various facilities could never remedy the pain or give me any type of relief. So I fought my doctor on going back to PT when he recommended another round before surgery being the last alternative. I argued with this new doctor about how Physical Therapists refused to do manual massage and stretch to relieve pain as was my decade long journey. But my experience at Benchmark PT has been nothing other than a miracle. I'm treated by Yvonne Castellon Siles, and she is FABULOUS! I cannot say enough positive things about her and her treatment plan. She listens, which is the first and most important thing, then she starts slowly while getting feedback and adjusting the treatment. I felt pain relief on the very first day. My migraines are fewer now. Yvonne has been the only PT to provide massage, stretch, and spinal decompression as part of my pain relief program. I would be preparing for spinal surgery right now, if it wasn't for her. Instead, I'm following her treatment plan with exercises, stretch and scheduling more sessions, while putting surgery on hold. THANK YOU SO MUCH, YVONNE!
