I'm in this store. I came in and no one greeted me. I understand that there are other customers, but when other customers leave and new customers come in, shouldn't you help me first? Is it because I look like a beggar? Is it my fault? I have two children and I don't have time to dress up. Do I have to dress up here? It's really such a sad reality. I came dressed like a beggar, but I'm also one of the customers who came here to receive service. I will never go back here again and will report manager Kelly to the BBB. The manager is in charge of this place. I don't think I deserve to be treated this way. I have been a customer for 7 years. But I felt the misery of life and the beggarly treatment. I guess it could be racist since I'm Asian.I highly not recommend this place. I completely agree with the other reviewer. The "Manager" is very unprofessional. From the moment I walked in she behaved as though everything except making a sale was an inconvenience for her.

Got charged for an extra bill even though my service has been canceled for a month. The manager’s response was “I’m sorry I don’t understand our billing system.” Very unhelpful and I can’t even log into my account because I don’t have service yet I’m still being charged.

Xfinity has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They tell you to call an 800 number but it’s just a robot. You can never speak to a human being. I pay for 1.2gbps and only get around 250mbps. $145 a month for that. If I could give zero stars I would.

You can never speak with a representative l they transfer you to the wrong place and trying to get over the person's head in Rome Georgia at the Xfinity store is impossible because they don't have anybody in human form you have to speak to someone in another country or another continent but you can never talk to your local people your service center needs to be in America and you need to speak to Americans and I need the number to whoever owns the Xfinity store in Rome Georgia please

Terrible terrible terrible. Internet goes out every day or 2 for 4-5 hours and then when you can finally manage to get your place in line to speak to a human, it magically starts working again. The robots are infuriating and unhelpful and will not actually answer anything besides faqs.. the app is garbage. The internet itself is slow even when it is working. And all this for only 55$/month! It’s almost fraudulent. Get a different internet service. I promise you XFinity is a nightmare.

I have had Xfinity for years and the Internet has been constantly going out everyday and staying down for hourrrrssssss when you call you will get a machine with no help from a real person. All they want to do is reset your modem and schedule a technician just to cancel the appointment a couple hours later due to Internet coming back up. They will charge you an arm and a leg for Internet you can only use half a day. Save yourself some time go with another company unless you like staying on the phone for hours a day

Hot garbage Wi-Fi service that randomly goes down, the ai assistant isn't of much help. If your Wi-Fi goes down your best just waiting hours or even days for the service to start working again.

Turned in a modem and said I was no longer living in that area and needed service into the new home I was moving into. Of course, they kept my old address account open and charged it. (which the modem had been unplugged and turn in a month prior) They will do anything to add those delicious late fees onto your account.

The "Manager" is very unprofessional. From the moment I walked in she behaved as though everything except making a sale was an inconvenience for her. And, "Sis," you may not mind if cords are left out on your yard, but I do. When someone tells you they're going to complete a job but doesn't follow through, and it's been defaulted well over a month, someone needs to resolve the issue in a respectful manner. I don't care about who the job is contracted through. It is still Xfinitys responsibility to ensure the customer is taken care of in a timely manner. It wasn't like it was only a week later...well over a month. Stop with the dismissive conduct. Or, perhaps you should step aside and allow your colleague to assume the management position. She was definitely more knowledgeable and mature.

Call customer services for a product I paid for that wasn't ship to me, they told me to go to a physical store to pick it up just for them to tell me when I get to the store that they can't give me the item so there's some loss in translation between Xfinity online and Xfinity partner stores that they need to get fixed. The people were nice enough tho, or try to be for being underpaid employees.

It is more important to smoke than to serve customers in this store.

Drove 30 minutes to return 3 modems all for them to tell me their system is down and they can’t accept them. I didn’t even make it to the door before they were shooing me away.

If I could give zero stars or less than zero I would. Went to the store trying to upgrade phones for my elderly mom and aunt. First, one phone wouldn’t scan, so my mom decided to go for an iPhone 14 versus 13. Then, they couldn’t get the phones added to the bill. Finally, they tell us that they can’t help us, to order online or call to order. So, I sat in the store to order in case I needed assistance, and the website wasn’t even working to order the phones. Needless to say we left with no new phones and a deep desire to find a service that appreciates the business and wants to help. Absolutely worthless to have a store with 5 or more workers and no one can help you!!!

Got an email from Xfinity saying I needed to upgrade my router. I bought one and tried to install it. Got on the phone with their technical service who told me I had to set it up with LTE phone service. I don't have LTE phone service at my location only Wi-Fi calling. They told me then I had to go to the Xfinity store to set up my router. When I went in the store they looked at me like I was from another planet. Told me there was nothing they could do. Hit the road. They didn't call technical service to see if maybe there was something they could learn. They just offered nothing, turned their back on me and told me to leave.
