“We had a bad experience with another moving company a couple of years ago. We were hesitant about who we should try to work with based on our bad expericne last time we moved. Everyone I told the story to told me we should try Bagby next time. We did, and we are glad we did.We just bought a new home. The closings on the houses we sold and bought were both on the same day. Which means I needed to move out of my current house one day, have my items stored overnight, then delivered the next day AFTER the closings were complete. Bagby was able to work with me on these logistics and were able to successfully work with me on that timing.The four movers we worked with (the same crew both days) were kind and fast. They are true professionals. It would have taken me with the help of family and friends days to complete what they did in a matter of 4 hours total between two days.Just one example: my heaviest piece is a large desk. I unfortunately wanted it moved from the basement of one house to the second floor of the new house. The guys handled it without issue. They asked where we wanted every piece of furniture in the new house and placed it accordingly for us.While there are some things they cannot do for you like disconnect and reconnect a washer (they are upfront about what they can and cannot do), other items that they did need to disassemble to move they did themselves and then reassembled at the new place. That went above and beyond my expectations.If I ever need moving services in the future, I know I will call Bagby.”

Ive seen JWH grow and improve over the 11 plus total years I've been working here. The Owner(s) are easy to get along with and freight stays steady! This is mainly a Refrigerated product hauling company but we do have a few FlatBed Owner Ops that run here also!”
